MemberHi
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be more than happy to answer your question. The email templates used by the WooCommerce Tickets actually come from common templates that are found within The Events Calendar plugin. If you look in the plugin folder /the-events-calendar/views/tickets/email.php you should be able to modify the date format.
If you are unfamiliar with how to override the templates in the plugin within your theme I would highly suggest looking at our Themer’s Guide. This way when a new version is available it won’t re-write your changes.
Please let me know if this answered your question.

MemberHi:
Thanks for reaching out to us! Currently the “Facebook Events” plug-in is unable to import events from Private or Closed Groups due to limitations with the Facebook API. These restrictions are outlined on the plug-in overview page of our website.
Unfortunately as this is a limitation with the Facebook API we can’t enable this functionality. If this means you won’t be able to use the plug-in let me know and we can see about getting you a refund.

MemberHi!
Thanks for reaching out to us with your query, at this time we don’t have any products that interfaces specifically with Office 365.
With that said we do offer a CSV importer that allows you to import Venues, Organizers and Events into The Events Calendar for WordPress. This import feature is available as part of the free The Events Calendar. You could potentially use this functionality to import an extract of event data from Office 365. To see how the import functionality works you can watch this video.
Let me know if this answers your question and thanks again for taking the time to contact us.

We have a User Voice page where our users can suggest improvements and also up vote existing ones raised by others in the community. Please feel free to place your suggestion there so we can give your suggestions the attention it deserves.
Is there any additional questions/concerns you have with modification of the Event Venue? If not please let me know.

MemberHi!
Thanks for reaching out to us. Currently there is no single filter that exists to modify the term “Events” into another term “Classes”. To make this modification would require some work from your end. To get a feel for the effort required to make the changes I’d suggest downloading our free The Events Calendar plugin.
Once installed you can utilize our Themer’s Guide to see how to customize the different templates, and you could also try the methods outlined in this post for modifying the various string in The Events Calendar which includes Events.
I’ve also put together a snippet that you can place in your Functions file that starts you off on converting the term to Classes.
I hope this information gives you a base understanding of what is required to convert “Event” to “Class”. Unfortunately at this time we don’t have a setting to allow users to quickly modify the term.

MemberHi:
Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with The Events Calendar recurring events. If you are unable to access the Edit All page than the easiest way to delete all occurrences of this event would be to modify your screen options to display more events per page and instead of performing 217 deletes you could do 22 deletions. This isn’t optimal but should make the task more manageable with current functionality.
- On Events Page of Admin click “Screen Options” tab on top right
- Modify “Show on Screen” option to 100 /200 or similar large number
- Click Apply
- Perform Search of your recurring event
- Check “all” check box in list header table
- Select “Move to Trash” in Bulk Actions and Apply
In case you aren’t familiar with Screen Options or Bulk Actions/Check All I’ve included a few screenshots as a reference.

I know this solution doesn’t provide a single step for cleanup of your data but I hope it makes the process easier. I would also suggest going to our User Voice page and requesting the addition of a “Trash All” option for recurring events.
Please let me know if this helps resolve your issue and thanks for reaching out to us.

MemberHi :
I’d be more than happy to help you out.
To activate your license you will need to download and install The Events Calendar PRO plugin on your website. After you activate the PRO plugin you should see a new “Licenses” tab under the Events > Settings screen of your WordPress Admin. Within this page you can enter your License Key as shown in the below screenshot.

MemberHi!
Sorry to hear you are having issues with The Events Calendar.
I am trying to duplicate the above behavior you described on my test environments and unfortunately I am unable to repeat. When I switch back to Month view I see the date “2014-06-27” converting to “2014-06” and events for the entire month are displayed.
To get to the bottom of this erratic behavior I would like your assistance 🙂
1) Can you deactivate all plugins except for “The Events Calendar” and “The Events Calendar Pro”
2) Switch your theme to “Twenty Fourteen”
3) Re-test the above scenario and see if the behavior persistsIf you see all events for the Month it means that either a plugin or your theme is interfering with The Events Calendar. You can reactivate plugins and theme 1 at a time to confirm where the conflict is occurring.
Also if you could let me know what version of The Events Calendar you have installed that would be great as I used the current 3.6.1 version during my testing.
Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us and I’m looking forward to helping resolve this issue.

MemberHi!
Thanks for reaching out to us and giving us a chance to help.
To fully answer your question I would need to know if you are trying to create a new location for the event or if you want to update the previous location. I’ve outlined both methods below to hopefully answer your question.
1) Set a new Event Location
After you create an event you can modify all of it’s details including the location. If you access the WP-Admin screens you should see a menu option labeled “Events”. This will give you a listing of events that you can than search for and find the event you want to edit using the “edit” link.
On the Edit Screen you can scroll down past the event description/content and you will see an area called “The Events Calendar” in this section you will find “Event Location Details” and options to change the Event Location. You will find an option labeled “Use Saved Venue” if you click this you can select “Use New Venue” which will let you create a new location for the event.
2) Modifying existing Location
Within the Events menu of your admin screen you will find an option for “Venues”. Selecting it will give you a list of all your currently created venues/locations. You can search for and select “edit” for the location you want to modify. After you change the information in the “Venue Information” area and save your events will be updated with the new information.
Please let me know if this information was what you were looking for.

MemberHi Dianne
Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us.
I took a quick look at our templates for displaying event information on the different views and the reason that your formatting is not displayed is because we display excerpts for the Event content on the events page.
Excerpts by default don’t support Formatting.
If you would like to show formatted excerpts you may want to look at plugins available for WordPress to override the excerpt function. Or you may also want to look at our Themer’s Guide that contains details on how to modify what information is displayed on the events views.
Let me know if this answers your question.
