    Hi Websternet,

Thanks for your interest in Community Tickets! You have two options for how the payment collection works. The default option is to have the site admin collect all the funds, and distribute money to the event’s organizer as needed. The other option is to do split payments, meaning that both parties automatically get paid their allotted amount via PayPal. You can read more about the two options in this article, which also details some pros and cons of each. If you have any follow up questions, don’t hesitate to ask!

    Cheers,

    Leah

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for confirming that the email error is gone- glad to hear it!

I have double checked your account to confirm that the only thing in there is the PRO renewal. Can you please try logging out and then back in, and clicking Cart in the upper right hand corner? If you see just the renewal listed, you’ll then be able to complete the purchase successfully.

Thanks for your patience while we get this sorted!

    Hi Tom,

I double checked your account and your email address looks fine. Can you show me a screenshot of where you’re seeing that error? That would be very helpful.

    Thanks,

    Leah

Can you please share your system information with us, as described here? That would help us troubleshoot this issue further. Thanks for your patience while we look into it!

    Hi Jorge,

I have created a new Business level license for you which is good through 9/23/2017. I have also deactivated the old Agency level license.

You can go ahead and switch your sites to using the new license key. Then you are good to go 🙂

    Hi Kortris,

Yes, PRO comes with some widget shortcodes you can use! Read over this article for all the details 🙂

That’s correct 🙂 It’s doable but you will need to work with the WP code to do it. Good luck!

    Hi Tom,

I’m sorry, I misunderstood the original issue. I realize that you mean you are seeing renewals for both Events Calendar PRO and Eventbrite Tickets in your Cart, even though you already renewed PRO. I have corrected that so now you only have Eventbrite Tickets in your Cart.

You’re right, private posts are not available in the Pre-Sales Forum (sorry, I’m a little rusty on forum replies!). But they are available in our premium forums. Since you have a valid license, feel free to ask any future questions in our premium forums. You’ll be able to make private replies there.

    Hello Kortris,

Thank you for your interest in Events Calendar PRO! No, you will not lose any events that you have already added. Events Calendar PRO is an add-on plugin, so it will run at the same time as The Events Calendar PRO. Having PRO just adds more features to your existing calendar. Does that answer your question?

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for getting in touch. You have impeccable timing! We are close to releasing a new plugin called Community Tickets which allows you to do exactly what you describe. Community Tickets requires our Community Tickets and WooCommerce Tickets plugins, and allows visitors to your site to submit ticketed events. Site admins can then approve the events and collect ticket sales.

Although this plugin is not available quite yet, we are running a beta test for it- and we’d love to have you join! You can register for the beta here. You’ll be able to not only test out the plugin, but also impact the final version! We’d love to have your feedback.

    Hi Jorge,

Thanks for explaining the situation. Unfortunately we have no way of providing a refund when the order is over 30 days old. However, I can give you a free Business (3 site) license for your site, along with a free renewal for that license. So you’d be getting the same value in plugins that you paid for with the Agency license.

Does that work for you? If you confirm I can go ahead and make the changes to your account. Please note that you will need to change the license key on your sites, but then you’ll be all set.

    Hi Kevin,

Thanks for your interest in our plugins! Our plugin suite is designed to be ala carte- that is, you can pick and choose which plugins to purchase based on which features you need. Events Calendar PRO is an individual plugin with specific features, and it does not include the features of Community Events, Facebook Events, etc.

We don’t have a club membership, although you can always subscribe to our newsletter– we occasionally include coupon codes there.

Thanks again for your interest, and let me know if you have any other questions!

    Hi James,

Thanks for getting in touch. That sounds frustrating and I definitely want to get things sorted out for you!

First off, can you confirm what version of The Events Calendar you are running? Sometimes there can be strangeness with the license keys if the versions of core and PRO are different.

I think the best thing you can do to start is to manually update to Events Calendar PRO 3.12. You can download the file from your account’s Downloads page. Once you have the file, follow our tutorial to do a manual update. Once that’s done- and core and PRO are running matching versions- I’m hoping that you will then be able to successfully save your license key.

Thank you for your support and patience while we figure this out!

    Best,

    Leah
