    Hi guys,

    I have been using the plugin for a small amount of time and find it juste great. I bought the agency licence because a specific project was to require at least 4 licences (we needed separate calendars).

    Well the problem is that project has been canceled and i no longer will consume that much licences; i will still need at least 2 of them so i was wondering if there is a possibility to downgade and get some kind of refund?? maybe a parcial one?

    Please let me know, thanks!! Also tell me if something needs to be done on my end, i will still use calendar pro on 2 urls. Thanks!

    Hi Jorge,

    Thanks for explaining the situation. Unfortunately we have no way of providing a refund when the order is over 30 days old. However, I can give you a free Business (3 site) license for your site, along with a free renewal for that license. So you’d be getting the same value in plugins that you paid for with the Agency license.

    Does that work for you? If you confirm I can go ahead and make the changes to your account. Please note that you will need to change the license key on your sites, but then you’ll be all set.

    Thanks for the prom reply and sorry for my delayed one 🙂

    Well it is a shame but i understand (i am actually mad with the client for pulling back after everything we had done… so really that is that i guess)

    And your offer is great i will gladly take it, so that would mean next year i would not need to renew right?

    Hi Jorge,

    I have created a new Business level license for you which is good through 9/23/2017. I have also deactivated the old Agency level license.

    You can go ahead and switch your sites to using the new license key. Then you are good to go 🙂
