Community Tickets – Who gets the sale?

I am unclear who gets the sale with this plugin. The event contributor or the website owner? And if it goes to the website owner how do they pass the money to the event owner?

Thanks for your interest in Community Tickets! You have two options for how the payment collection works. The default option is to have the site admin collect all the funds, and distribute money to the event’s organizer as needed. The other option is to do split payments, meaning that both parties automatically get paid their allotted amount via PayPal.
