    Hi Anna,

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Can you confirm for me that you’re running that latest version of both The Events Calendar (2.0.9) and Events Calendar Pro (2.0.9)?

If you are running the latest and still not seeing it, can you send me a screenshot or URL from your page’s Calendar View?

    Thanks,
    Leah

    Hey Summer,

Did you read through the tutorial at http://coding.smashingmagazine.com/2011/11/24/how-to-set-up-a-print-style-sheet/? That might help you out.

I’ll check with some co-workers tomorrow to see if anyone else can shed some light on this. And maybe (hopefully!) another user can give you a stylesheet to start with or other tips.

    Cheers,
    Leah

    Hi Shane,

In Events Calendar Pro, there is only one field for “cost” when you set up your event, but there are a couple ways to display multiple prices with a little creativity.

The simplest way to do it is simply to list your event price(s) in your description. You could choose to either put the regular (non-student/member) cost in the cost text box, or leave that blank so that it doesn’t show up.

Another option is to use the Custom Fields to make different fields for Regular Price, Student Price, etc. You can read more about using Custom Fields here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-pro-new-user-primer/#custom

If you are interested in using our Eventbrite Tickets plugin, the event page will list any tickets you’ve created for the event, which can be multiple prices, etc. The Eventbrite plugin will also handle registration and payment of attendees. You can read more about that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/wordpress-eventbrite-tickets/

Does that help? Let me know if you need clarification on anything.

    Cheers,
    Leah

    Hi Immanuel,

You’ll need to make sure you are running the latest version of both The Events Calendar (2.0.9) and The Events Calendar PRO (2.0.9). The two plugins work together, so both must be at updated together to work properly.

I hope that will clear things up, but if you confirm that both of those are current and you’re still getting an error, let me know. A screenshot of the error would be handy, in that case.

    Thanks,
    Leah

    Hey Tom,

That would be dependent on your theme. Our plugin has a widget called Upcoming Events (or in Pro, Advanced Upcoming Events, which has more features) that allows you to put a list of the closest upcoming events anywhere on your page that supports widgets. Many themes support widgets in the footer area, so I recommend you look for themes with that capability and then use the widget there.

    Does that answer your question?

    Hey Marc,

Thanks for getting in touch and all the details. It sounds like you’ve got the phone number issue figured out, hurrah! It would be great, if you don’t mind, if you could start another thread for the other problem. We like to keep things organized like that 🙂

Do please keep in mind, we don’t hit the forums on the weekends, so anything you post we’ll see and respond to on Monday.

    Thanks!
    Leah
