Adding Events Calendar Pro Plugin Disabled Template Files

I just purchased the Events Calendar Pro plugin, and after adding it to the site, all events listings on the site have reverted back to default site post listing. Everything does work in the 2012 theme, but breaks with the custom theme. Things only broke after adding the Pro plugin. Remove the pro plugin does not resolve the issue. What changes do I need to make to the custom theme to get the pro version working the same way non-pro worked?
