MemberHello theshutterclick,
Thanks for getting in touch. In Events 3.0, we limited the number of events in each day in the Month View. It turns out that a lot of people liked all the events to show, so we got many requests for a setting to control the number of events shown. We’ve been working to get this setting implemented and will be releasing it in the next maintenance release. It might even be as soon as today, so keep an eye on your plugins page for a new release. Once you have Events 3.0.2, you’ll be able to control the number of events under the Events –> Settings page.
Cheers,

MemberHey there wrdslngr,
Thanks for your purchase! It sounds like your calendar’s default view is currently set to List, when you want it set to Month. You can change that by going to Events –> Settings in your dashboard and clicking the Display Tab. Scroll down a bit and you’ll see an option to uncheck any unwanted views as well as choose the default view that will show when users first access the calendar.
Let me know if I can be of any further help.
Cheers,

MemberHi acmt85,
I don’t want to promise that the fix will be available at a certain date, but we are working hard on maintenance releases so it will probably be available within a few weeks. If you need to downgrade to 2.x until then, this page will get you started.
Thanks for your patience!

MemberHi Alain,
I apologize for our late response here, and I’m sorry it wasn’t in time to help you. We’ve been inundated with support requests with the release of 3.0. Normally we have responses to people within 24 hours of their post. My apologies again for our failure here. If there’s anything else I can do to help you, please let me know.
Best,
LeahLeah

MemberHi Ray,
Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in our plugins. Our Facebook Event plugin is an add-on for our core plugin, The Events Calendar. So you’d need to be running The Events Calendar to use the Facebook one. I’m not sure how that could integrate with your curent Event template- I recommend that you download The Events Calendar for free and play with it. That way you can make sure it fits your needs before you purchase the premium Facebook Events plugin.
Let me know if I can clarify anything further.

MemberHi Lee,
Thanks for getting in touch. It sounds like the issue you’re having has to do with the permissions set within the WordPress dashboard itself. Particularly since the calendar was working previously, you might want to check to see if the user roles or other permissions were altered.
Also, since your client is running such an outdated version of the calendar, we really can’t provide much in the way of support. The current version is 3.0, and we have both the free core plugin, The Events Calendar, and our premium add-on, Events Calendar PRO. If your client wants to continue using the calendar, I highly recommend that you update to a more recent version.

MemberHi variouspixels,
At this time, The Events Calendar does not have a feature like that. You might be able to build one with some customization, but that would be beyond our support capabilities. I’m sorry I can’t give you a more positive answer. Good luck with the project!

MemberHi Bryce,
Thanks for the note. I’m not sure quite what you’re referring to with the unique user specific tickets- are you referring to the new email tickets in WooTickets? Or something else? We have released WooTickets 3.0, so if you have a valid WooTickets license you should be seeing the update option. If you clarify the issue a bit I can provide more information.
Thanks,
LeahLeah
MemberThanks Cynthia, I’ll definitely bring that up as something we can do to improve our support docs.

MemberHi locomojodance,
Thanks for getting in touch. One method would be to change the date and time of the past event, essentially rescheduling it for the future. Alternately, you could use a post duplicator plugin like this to duplicate the post, and then change the data as needed.
Cheers,
