MemberHi kelligirl,
That’s a cool idea! Unfortunately, there isn’t an easy way to do that. The Organizer Email field does not accept html, so you can’t build a link there. You could add a basic mailto link in the description of the event itself. That might looks something like this.
If you really want a Send Inquiry link to appear next to the other Organizer and Venue information, you could look into some customization to make it happen. We might be able to point you in the right direction for that, but we can only provide light support for that kind of customization.
Let me know if I can be of any further help.

MemberHi accessrose,
We don’t have this planned for the next release. If you’re interested in seeing it added, I recommend that you suggest it as a feature in our UserVoice Forum. The more interest we get the more likely we are to add it 🙂

MemberHi accessrose,
We’ve got an FAQ that answers that exact question 😀 You can check it out here. If you have any questions, just let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

MemberHi there goodlooknout,
I’m sorry that the key is giving your trouble. Have you confirmed that the license key is still valid? You can check by logging into your account on tri.be and navigating to Account Central –> License Keys. All of your keys are listed there with the expiration dates. If your key is expired, you’ll need to renew before you have access to updates.
If the key is valid and you are still having trouble, it may be necessary for you to update manually. You marked that you are currently running The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO 2.0. Is that correct? You’ll want to update both plugins to 2.0.11 before making the big jump to 3.0. We have a guide on that update process here.
I hope the above will help out. If you need any more information or are still having trouble, don’t hesitate to let me know and we will troubleshoot further.

MemberHi pierre3480,
We do have an add-on called Facebook Events which allows you to import events created on Facebook into your Events Calendar. However, at this time it is not possible to create an event in The Events Calendar and then publish it to Facebook.

MemberHi guys,
At this time, there is no built in way to add your events list (or any other view) to a page. It may be possible to achieve with some custom coding, but that’s really out of our scope of support. You might check out this thread to get you started.
Some day we would like to write a tutorial to help out, but we are currently devoting all of our support resources to the forums to help folks transfer from 2.x to the new 3.x builds.
I’d encourage you to vote for this feature on our UserVoice page. The more interest we get, the more likely we are to tackle this complicated addition. Best of luck with your projects!

MemberHi Mika,
Thanks for getting in touch. The Events Calendar does not come with a Finnish translation, so I believe that error is in the WordPress translation. I wish I could get it fixed, but I’m afraid you’ll need to get in touch with the folks involved with the Finnish translation. There’s a link on the WordPress Codex language page that will hopefully get you started. I’m sorry I can’t be of more help here. If you’re interested in doing a Finnish translation for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO, definitely email us at pro (at) tri.be. Although I don’t believe a translation would overwrite that particular issue, unfortunately.

MemberHi Boutilier,
Thanks for getting in touch. There is a setting for the default view under Events –> Settings –> Display. But it sounds like you’ve found that and set it to month, and you are still getting list view as the default/initial view- is that correct? If so, please try setting and saving the default view as month again, then go to Settings –> Permalinks and reset your permalinks. The Events Calendar works best with pretty permalinks, so make sure you’re not using Default Permalinks. Then go back and save the Display setting again. Resetting permalinks often resolves issues like this. If it doesn’t, let me know and we’ll dig into this further.
Thank you,

MemberHey selfdiscoveryadventures,
Thanks for your note. We’ve got a tutorial on moving license keys here. You’ll want to follow that for both you Events Calendar PRO and Eventbrite Tickets keys. If you have any trouble, let me know and I’d be happy to help out.

MemberHey theshutterclick,
Thanks for the explanation. We certainly hadn’t thought of that angle when we made the setting!
We actually have a whole plugin for allowing users to submit events. Check out Community Events!

MemberHey Lee,
I’d be happy to help you out with the license key stuff via email. You can get in touch at pro (at) tri.be. You’ll need to renew the license, not just upgrade it, to get a valid license key and access to support and updates. The Business License level allows the key to be used on 3 sites instead of just one. If you only need the one, let me know via email and I can refund that purchase.
Best,
LeahLeah
MemberI thought you might have since when I went to that link I saw the month view. Your calendar looks great- the color sorting is very nice.
