MemberHi acmt85,
Thanks for your note. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Am I understanding correctly that the issue you’re having is wil Events Calendar PRO 3.0? This forum is for the Tickets: WooCommerce plugin, so if the problem is with PRO I’ll transfer your post over to the appropriate forum so we can get it answered.
Also, please make sure that you are running The Events Calendar 3.0 and Events Calendar PRO 3.0.1. Those are the most current versions. Then please reset your permalinks (under the WordPress Settings –> Permalinks). Those are the first two steps to troubleshooting. If the problem persists, we’ll be happy to help you problem solve further.
Cheers,

Participanthi leah,
I am using events calendar (download from wordpress) + wooticket. after I try to update The Events calendar version 3.0, it cannot login to events pagesJuly 9, 2013 at 5:47 am #53980Barry
MemberHi acmt85,
As Leah suggested I’m going to move this across to the Events Calendar PRO forum as this is really an issue with the operation of The Events Calendar, rather than WooTickets itself. The URL for the thread will remain the same, however.
Can you confirm if you have a static front page (ie, Front Page Displays in Settings > Reading is set to show a specified static page)? If so you may unfortunately be running up against a known bug, in which case it would definitely be useful to know what theme you are using.

MemberWe have a fix in the works for this so if you can stay tuned we’ll hopefully have this resolved fairly quickly.
Some users have worked around it by creating a “convenience category” called something like All Events – and then link to that category view instead of the main calendar, which could be a possible workaround for you here, at least until a definitive fix is released.

Participanthi barry,
how to create “convenience category”
could please be more specify how to do that?? cause i don’t get what you mean? sorryJuly 9, 2013 at 12:04 pm #54078Barry
MemberHi!
So the idea would be to create a new category. You would then assign all events to that category and use the category page as your main events view.
For instance, if you called your new category All Events then the corresponding URL would be something like:
http://example.com/events/category/all-events/
Does that make more sense?

Participanthi barry,

MemberHi acmt85,
I don’t want to promise that the fix will be available at a certain date, but we are working hard on maintenance releases so it will probably be available within a few weeks. If you need to downgrade to 2.x until then, this page will get you started.
Thanks for your patience!
~Leah
