MemberHi Jakub,
Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, what you’re experiencing isn’t really something that can be improved. The import process is quite complex, so the inaccessibility and slow speed are kind of par for the course when importing that many events. I apologize for the inconvenience, but there isn’t much I can do to help you out.
You might try increasing the PHP memory allocated to WordPress? You can do that by using one of the methods listed here: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/ That may make a difference, although especially when you add even more events it will still likely take a bit.

MemberHi lanex,
I apologize for the misinformation on our site! We will get that corrected as soon as possible. If you aren’t able to customize the widget yourself, I’d be happy to provide you a refund. Please email your order receipt to pro (at) tri.be referencing this thread and I will get it processed.

MemberHi Micha,
Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in our plugins. It is possible to have different kinds of tickets at different prices as you describe. However, although the tickets are changeable, it is not possible to make different ones for different ticket types. You might be able to do it with some heavy customizing and templating, but that would be outside our scope of support.

MemberHi christina,
We had previously tackled an issue like this in Facebook Events 1.0.5, which is why we needed to confirm you were up to date there. Can you confirm that you are running The Events Calendar 2.0.11 as well?
Also, I’ll need you to tell me what time zone you are using that’s causing problems, as well as some examples of events that have caused the problem so that I can troubleshoot further and looks for patterns.

MemberHi Andrew,
You are correct on all counts. Happily, the plugin works totally normal without an inputed license key. The only difference is that while you may get prompts that a plugin is outdated (if, say, we release a newer version) you will not be prompted to do an automatic update. If we release a new version while you have the two sites, you’ll need to do a manual install of the newer version on whichever site doesn’t have the license.
Does that answer your question?

MemberHi justxtreme,
I’m sorry the tickets are giving you trouble. But would you mind posting in the WooCommerce: Tickets forum? That’s where we handle all our support requests, while this forum is reserved for Pre-Sales questions. If you post there, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

MemberHi Dan,
At this time, the tickets are only available on the individual event pages, not in widgets or elsewhere. You might be able to do that with some serious customizing, but it would be outside our field of support.

MemberHi Jacob,
Community Events does NOT come with Events Calendar PRO- they are both separate add-ons. However, you can run Community Events with the free core plugin, The Events Calendar. You just won’t have the PRO features like recurring events, default content, etc.

MemberHi Jacob,
Thanks for getting in touch. You can have users add events with our Community Events plugin. You can use user roles to dictate who has different abilities, although I don’t know if we have 15 different configurations. You could certainly do it so that Users could submit events as drafts and Admins could approve and post them, for example.
The plugin does not automatically push iCal events to devices. If you want to export an event or series of events to iCal, a user clicks the button on the calendar page and downloads the files. They can also do this for Google Calendar. From there it would depend whether the person had that calendar app on their phone.
Let me know if I can elaborate or answer any other questions.
Thanks,
LeahLeah
MemberHi Andrew,
Thanks for getting in touch. There isn’t a built in feature for doing this with our WooCommerce Tickets. It might be possible with some customizing or using WooCommerce options and extensions, but I don’t know of any relevant ones off the top of my head.
Our calendar’s venue view both lists the details for that venue (location, map, description, etc.) and lists the events at that venue. If you’re comfortable with code you could probably customize it a bit as well.

MemberHi accessrose,
Have you checked your time zone settings in Settings –> General? That might be doing it. You might also try switching between the UTC setting and the city-specific ones.

MemberHi aidysproule,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the latest version. You can download earlier versions of PRO here using the dropdown. You’ll also need to downgrade to the corresponding version of The Events Calendar, which can be found here.
If you are downgrading from 3.x to 2.0.11, you’ll also want to read over this walkthrough to make sure it goes smoothly.
Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
Best,
