Woo Tickets Pre-sale question

I’m running some training events coming up and I’m looking for a system and I’m wondering if this will do it.

Each event will have to have two different tickets sold. One to attend the event, and another (at a different price) to be sent a unique url in which they can watch a live video of the event.

What I need to know, is can I set variable pricing for different tickets tiers, as well as have different tickets (or e-mails) generated for each of these two classes. The first e-mail would be a typical ticket, but the second would basically just be instructions to follow.

Hi Micha,

Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in our plugins. It is possible to have different kinds of tickets at different prices as you describe. However, although the tickets are changeable, it is not possible to make different ones for different ticket types. You might be able to do it with some heavy customizing and templating, but that would be outside our scope of support.
