ParticipantHi Mike,
I’m not sure we’re the plugin you’re looking for. To do multiple calendars on one site might be possible with customization but it’s not something that was designed to do. And as far as the Google and Outlook calendars go, the button you see is an export button, not a subscribe button. It does not sync or update automatically.
Sorry, but it doesn’t sound like we’re a good fit for you at the present time.

ParticipantHi rscano,
Like Rob said in the thread that you referenced, it’s high on our priority list but we don’t have an exact date for you and it’s at least a few months out. But thanks for checking in – love the enthusiasm!

ParticipantHi Jacob,
I’m glad you’re interested in our products, but we do not offer discounted prices for multiple products. We hope that you see enough value in them to understand why we charge what we consider to be a fair price.
But if you have any questions I can answer about them, please let me know.

ParticipantHi marymcfarlin,
If you could send the details, a reference to this thread, and a copy of your receipt to pro (at) tri.be they should be able to get you sorted. Be aware that due to the team gathering this week the response time might be a bit delayed, but they’ll get to you as quick as they can!

ParticipantHi markjuwm,
While the plugins are designed to work in a multisite environment, they do not allow sharing of events across sites. Each site has its own separate calendar and there is no way to pass those events to other sites short of a manual exporting and importing. So the short answer to your question is no it’s not plausible. 🙁
However, if you’d like to add this idea to our Feature Ideas page (https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas) that would help us in prioritizing it.
Sorry we don’t have a solution for you at the present time.

ParticipantHi blonyx,
Have you tried disconnecting the license key from your test server? To do so go to https://theeventscalendar.com/ and click on the Account Central link at the top right then select License Keys from the menu. You should be able to find your license key and your test site. Click the Disconnect Now link and you should be able to reuse the key on your live site.
Does that make sense? Did it work?

ParticipantHi mediagrind,
You may have lost me somewhere there, but is your license key attached to anything at this point? If it’s not, is the problem then that it won’t attach to the production site?
Actually, the best way to resolve this is probably done by an email to pro (at) tri.be. If you explain the situation and reference this thread they should be able to help you out. Be aware though that due to the team gathering this week, the response might be delayed until possibly next week. But your site should be fine in the meantime.

ParticipantHi diggeridoo,
If I’m understanding the question right, according to the original thread, you believe the problem is with the Events Calendar Category Colors plugin. Is that right? If so, you’ll have to ask your question over at http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar-category-colors/
If I misunderstood, please let me know.

ParticipantHi agruden,
No worries. Thanks for those links. I tried importing them on my testing site and they didn’t have the major time shift that you reported, but there was some wonkiness. I’m going to look a little deeper and get back to you.

ParticipantHi itpromotion,
If you would like to try to customize the plugin to make it work for you, we have some Documentation (http://docs.tri.be/) that might be helpful. But the plugin is designed to bring in the large view as defined by the API and Facebook sets that value.
Let us know if you get something figured out.

ParticipantHi AK,
Our The Events Calendar plugin can show a Monday-Sunday week with hour breakdowns, as shown here http://screencloud.net/v/ajS8. It can handle recurring events if you purchase our Events Calendar PRO add-on. You mentioned bookings though, and I do want to make clear that the plugin is a straightforward calendar solution and not a booking plugin.
As far as the location is concerned, my suggestion would be to not add location information at all (http://screencloud.net/v/g9RW). And while the plugin does not include the ability to color-code events, there is a free plugin available on the WordPress repository that was created by a trusted user that does just that. http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar-category-colors/ Sounds like it would be just the ticket for you.
The plugin is not responsive at the present time, but it is something we are actively working on making happen. I can’t give you an ETA, but it is a high priority for the team.
Does that answer your questions?

ParticipantHi dannefaerd,
I’m not 100% sure I understand your question, but let me offer this. The WooCommerce Tickets add-on is meant to work with The Events Calendar, so you would need to have both of those installed on whatever site you wanted to have the tickets available on. It wouldn’t work to have the calendar on one site and the tickets on another.
Does that answer your question?

ParticipantHi Frederick,
Does the Filter Bar work on mobile? Well, kind of. Right now, our calendars are not responsive and the Fitler Bar would be included in that. While they work fine on most mobile devices, they are not optimized for the smaller screen. This is something that is on our radar and a high priority though, so keep tuned for further updates!
