    I’m setting up my new site and forgot I already purchased a licence. The second licence needs to be refunded

    Hi marymcfarlin,

    If you could send the details, a reference to this thread, and a copy of your receipt to pro (at) tri.be they should be able to get you sorted. Be aware that due to the team gathering this week the response time might be a bit delayed, but they’ll get to you as quick as they can!
