Ok, thanks, I think your documentation says otherwise though. But this
should work.Jared ShihParticipantHi Courtney,
Just checking in on this. Thanks!
Jared ShihParticipantOK, thanks Courtney, please keep me updated.
Jared ShihParticipantHere is the widget using the short code on that page.

Jared ShihParticipantHi Jeremy
Unfortunately the same error happens when we try to manually update. Do you have a solution for this?
Thanks

I just created a follow up to this email:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/import-failed-for-an-unknown-reason/
I am not sure if the issues we are having with imports failing is an issue with this new license or not but it seems to be occurring only on sites that have this new license installed.
Can you please assist us?
Thanks!
Jared ShihParticipantOK. Please let me know if you have a solution to this soon.
Thanks
Jared ShihParticipantHi Just following up with this. We have a bunch of sites that can’t do imports. This is really causing issues for our clients and we hope we can resolve this shortly. If it means purchasing multiple licenses we are willing to do so, but we can’t commit unless we know this is going to work.
Thank you!
Jared ShihParticipantThanks, works fine.
Jared ShihParticipantOK. I’ll give it a try. Thanks
Jared ShihParticipantOK. This isn’t working. Here is how to replicate the problem.
1. Go to the calendar and go to the month of May: https://thenewreformtemple.com/events/2018-05/
2. Go down to May 20th.
3. Click on Confirmation Service or Confirmation Ceremony: http://icecream.me/26487313e76ac941753b4519d79c1e9f
4. The URL for the event is generated without the /2018-05 affix and thus generates a 404 error since it’s not the correct URLAll other events work fine as far as I can tell.
Jared
Jared ShihParticipantIt appears to be random, only a few events display this issue. Toggling off WP Permalinks and using the default ugly permalinks fixes the issue but this is not something that we want to do.
