    Hi,

    On this page: http://rtfh.urjweb-1.org/rs-calendar/

We have [tribe_events view=”month” category=”rs, services”] and [tribe_events view=”month” categories=”rs, services”] and neither one of them work.

All the categories still continue to show. Is this related to this problem https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-short-code/?

    Thanks

    Hi Jared,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

Actually, it’s not possible to display more than 1 category per shortcode. The workaround would be to create a parent category, which would have “rs” and “services” as sub-categories.

Then, your shortcode would be something like [tribe_events view=”month” category=”your-parent-category”]

    I hope this helps,

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

Ok, thanks, I think your documentation says otherwise though. But this
    should work.

    Hi Jared,

Did you read it on this page, or somewhere else? If you can remember where you read it, then we could modify our documentation so that it wouldn’t mislead anymore 🙂

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
