Hi Barry!
We are using the new 1000 import license on some sites, but it seems that there might be a problem with the license? Everytime we update on a site with license it says that the import failed for an unknown reason and to contact support. I have the log below.

April 24, 2018 at 12:10 pm #1515201Jared ShihParticipantHi Just following up with this. We have a bunch of sites that can’t do imports. This is really causing issues for our clients and we hope we can resolve this shortly. If it means purchasing multiple licenses we are willing to do so, but we can’t commit unless we know this is going to work.
Thank you!
April 24, 2018 at 3:34 pm #1515370PatriciaMemberHey Jared,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Could you please try to run your import again? We released a hotfix earlier today to address a problem that is possibly related to this one you just described.
If you are still having problems to import your events please let me know and I’ll be happy to help you with the next steps!
Best Regards,
Patricia

This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
