    Hi!

    I logged in today because we are still having trouble with a limited amount of exports. Thank you for your generosity and giving us the month trial of 1000 imports to test back in March. Would you be able to do this again and we can try this time to see if it works for us?

    Any suggestions for a way to enable this license one time on the entire multisite? It is going to be hard to go through 100 sites and do it each manually.

    Sorry, Jared – but I’m afraid they have to be entered on a per-site basis at this time.

    What about if I upgrade our current 200 import license? Will that require swapping out a new key or will the old key remain valid and can just be connected to our upgraded subscription seamlessly?

    If you upgrade the key then yes, the key itself remains the same – it’s just the number of allowed imports that will increase 🙂

    I am not sure if the issues we are having with imports failing is an issue with this new license or not but it seems to be occurring only on sites that have this new license installed.

    Looks like Patricia is helping you over there already 🙂

    As she noted, we became aware of and have already fixed an issue that emerged over the last few days with Event Aggregator, however if the problem is still present do let her know and she’ll be only too happy to help further.

    I’ll go ahead and close this specific topic (since it was mostly concerned with letting you trial a higher license tier which you are now setup to do) but of course feel free to create as many new support topics as you might need, remembering we try hard to stick to one issue per topic, if you need assistance with anything else.
