Jared ShihParticipant
Thanks, that is a big problem for us. What can we do with hundreds of
events?Jared ShihParticipantYes, that is the problem. We have not made any changes beyond just changing the permalink options in WordPress.
Jared ShihParticipantThanks Juan,
We already checked all this. It’s already set and working as expected: http://icecream.me/e13231fb789f5beea7295a85249c8885
The only issue we are having is that events which have been deleted on the Google Calendar are not being removed from the local site after importing the calendar again. All other events are updating without issue. Just events that should have been deleted remain.
Jared ShihParticipantHi
Thanks but I think you are misunderstanding our problem. We don’t want to create custom permalinks for events. Some of our events are showing 404 errors. To make those 404 errors go away we have to use the WordPress default permalink settings without the “pretty” URLs. If we switch to any other type of permalink the 404 errors return. We don’t want to make custom permalinks for event URLs.
Hope this is clearer. Please check my example I provided earlier to see the problem.
Thanks!

Will that require swapping out a new key or will the old key remain valid and can just be connected to our upgraded subscription seamlessly?

It is going to be hard to go through 100 sites and do it each manually.

Thanks!
Jared ShihParticipantHi!
Thank you for your help on this one too.
Jared
Jared ShihParticipantHi,
Just following up on this one too. Thanks!

Thank you!

Jared ShihParticipantGot it, thanks. It’s just since it’s working now (with limits) I would be
hesitant to upgrade and have it stop working. Is there some guarantee you
can provide us that would at least let us know that we can come to a
reasonable cost effective solution should we find this 10 site limit
enforced?Jared ShihParticipantYes, but I have been told that we would be limited to 10 sites for that one. We have 180 with more to come. What is the solution in this case?
Jared ShihParticipantWe have 180 sites. We have the 200 import license. It does not appear that the imports are restricted to just 10 sites as I have been told they should be. We can use the 200 imports across 180 sites without a problem. Its just we are running out imports because everyone is using it. How can we increase the amount of imports for our clients?
Jared ShihParticipantYes, but right now it seems there is no limit on the amount of domains…
Jared ShihParticipantThanks, I look forward to hearing a solution. Maybe we can purchase another license, we may have to anyways because we are setting up another multisite instance.
