ParticipantHey Karl,
I apologize for the delay here.
It looks like that is actually an intentional approach on this site and we’re not able to modify the order details on an invoice after the order has been completed.
I apologize for the inconvenience here. If this is something that is necessary, you can go the route of getting a refund and re-ordering the plugins under the appropriate business information.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Jeanette,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can definitely customize the email and can include the upcoming events. However, doing something like a mini calendar or week view there would definitely be a bit of an undertaking that we wouldn’t be able to provide customization support for here in this forum.
However, to add the events to the email, you can do a “tribe_get_events” query within the appropriate “tickets.php” file from the Event Tickets Plus plugin, copied into your theme following our Themer’s Guide.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh

This is actually a really good question. A kiosk would definitely work. The sale would be recorded and could be “checked in” even with a ticket shown by the customer using their phones.
You could also sell and check-in at the same time using something like https://woocommerce.com/products/square/. That way the visitor wouldn’t necessarily even need the ticket and could just get the receipt emailed to them.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Gilbert,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Were you able to get this one resolved? I am seeing the event in December here http://news.swissinformatics.org/de/?tribe_events=hsr-appquest-wettbewerb-fuer-informatik-lernende-an-der-hochschule-2016-12-10&eventDate=2016-12-10 and when I click to view all the events associated with that recurrence, it links to an archive showing the event on 17-9-2016.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Marcy,

Excited to see Mount Pisgah using our Calendar plugin! I used to play drums for your Spanish church on Sunday mornings when I was in college.
I’d be happy to help you out with this particular issue. To start, would you mind sending us a screenshot of the widget settings there so I can test based on what is supposed to be displaying there?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Mr. Peri,
Thanks for following up with us here.
This is actually some PHP code. Based on the content there, I’d imagine the intention here would be to add it where you would like within an associated template file where it will output on the front-end of your site exactly where you place it within the file.
You can read our Themer’s Guide to read more about the template files and how to customize them by adding them into your theme.
let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Paul,
No problem, happy to help! 🙂
And I’m a rebel, I immediately searched for Google (insert evil laugh here) 🙂
I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new one.
Thanks!
September 7, 2016 at 8:03 am in reply to: Easy Digital Downloads number available tickets incorrect #1160931Josh
ParticipantHey Eric,
Thanks for following up here and clarifying on those issues.
I’ll need to do some further testing here based on this feedback. My feeling is that the difference here between the three is due possibly to:
- Our system is providing “available” status based on sold tickets and tickets that have been added to a cart
- EDD is showing total sold through the system
- Mollie may be showing a different number based on completed transactions.
I’m not positive on any of these assumptions and will follow up after I do some additional tests.
Thanks!
Josh

ParticipantHey Jens,
I do apologize for the inconvenience here. We are happy to provide refunds within that 30 day window. You can complete a refund request here if you like https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The PRO plugin is an addon plugin for the free Events Calendar plugin so you’ll have both plugins installed and activated on your site. The existing events will stay exactly where they are and will automatically integrate nicely with the PRO version of the plugin. You won’t have to do any migration or re-importing of events when using the PRO version.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Paul,
Thanks for following up with us here!
It’s great that you have a dev site already set up here that you’ll be able to work with here! We don’t want any of those “typing Google into Google” errors happening here 🙂
You can modify this by using the “tribe_events_list_widget_query_args” filter to filter the default “tribe_get_events” function that is pulling the events for the widget.
Try giving the following snippet a try by adding it into your theme’s functions.php file. You wouldn’t need to copy the widget template into your theme using this approach.

Are you referring to issues with Event Tickets Plus working with WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Deposits plugin? If so, would you mind logging into your account on our site here (the login that you created when purchasing the Event Tickets Plus plugin) and opening a thread within the associated forum?
We’re unable to handle these types of requests here in our Pre-Sales forum.
Thanks!
