sadly we ordered by mistake over our old company. For tax reasons we need the invoice for order #1154548 billed to our current order profile (I’ve updated it). I basically just need an updated PDF.

Have you updated the “Billing Address” information on your account here https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account? If so, you should be able to view the associated orders and print a new invoice based on the updated information there.

thanks for your reply. Sadly this did not help. It still says the old billing address when I check the order – same thing in the PDF.

I apologize for the delay here.
It looks like that is actually an intentional approach on this site and we’re not able to modify the order details on an invoice after the order has been completed.
I apologize for the inconvenience here. If this is something that is necessary, you can go the route of getting a refund and re-ordering the plugins under the appropriate business information.

I apologize for the inconvenience here. This is partially a business decision as well. We’re unable to generate multiple invoices for a single transaction.
