ParticipantI just bought TicketPlus.
Installation and activation went fine
Updated to the latest version
License key successfully inserted
All other modules are updated to the latest
I am able to add all relevant ticket information, including prices, etc.
Once stored, I get a green sign and a confirmation that tickets are stored
But prices and ticket informations are not visible, nor in update mode nor on the web-page
It is simply not there
There is also no button to “buy” the tickets, not even for freeAugust 31, 2016 at 11:35 am #1158389Jens
ParticipantNeed to add that I use EDD with Events Calendar and Events TicketsPlus

ParticipantHey Jens,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I just tested on my local install with the latest versions of the plugins but was unable to replicate the issue you’re describing here. As a first step here, can you verify that you’re clicking the “Save Ticket” (“Ticket abspeichern”) button prior to publishing the event?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Josh,
in the meantime I am some steps further. It looks like, that there is constrain between different plug-ins. I am right now deactivating all plug-ins and test one-by-one where the problem may lay.
Cheers Jens

ParticipantHi Josh,
it looks like that the Event Ticket Plus has some trouble in working together with “WPML Multilingual CMS”. Once this plug-in is activated, the ticket price and all “links to EDD” are not kept.
Could you please have a look into that?
Thanks a lot

ParticipantYes, I can see the tickets there.

ParticipantUpdate:
I can see the ticket from my testing with plug-ins deactivated.
Now I am testing with all plug-ins ACTIVATED and I CANNOT see the tickets in EDDSeptember 2, 2016 at 4:26 am #1159186Jens
ParticipantI kept on testing;
I do have the impression as there is no “link” between ETP and EDD. Any update is not reflected in EDD.
Still, EventTicket works, but as soon as I want to sell tickets, it does confirm that tickets are stored, but they are not and the behaviour is as described above.
I also have deactivated and deleted the plug-in (and re-installed) a couple of times, but no change in behaviour.
Appreciate your support (as I cannot use the product)
Thanks Cheers JensSeptember 2, 2016 at 8:29 am #1159284Jens
ParticipantSo, whats new?

ParticipantHey Jens,
Thanks for following up with us here and I do apologize for the delay in response.
Unfortunately we don’t currently support WPML compatibility with all of our plugins. We do support the integration with the core Events Calendar plugin as well as Events Calendar PRO, however the other plugins are not yet supported and possible to have issues like the ones you’re describing here. You can read more about that here https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/.
I do apologize here for the inconvenience that this causes.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Josh, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, the adjustments of the WPML settings didn’t help. Maybe it might be a hint to advertise the notice to download the 30days-free version first, more prominent on your side. $90 bucks are gone now.
Thanks anyway

ParticipantHey Jens,
I do apologize for the inconvenience here. We are happy to provide refunds within that 30 day window. You can complete a refund request here if you like https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks!
