ParticipantHey Brendan,
Thanks for following up. I see it now, the controls trigger is in the upper left corner.
The best approach may be to remove the javascript from the previous thread and create the layout you would like just within the CSS.
The key here is that the class is getting changed on the body and the css styled based on that class. What you could do is change the “.tribe-filters-closed” and have all those specific elements styled the same as the open version.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Terry,
Thanks for following up. I’ve created a new feature ticket in our internal tracking system. This will allow one of our developers to review the current approach as well as what may need to happen to update that connection from the iCal export into Outlook.
You’ll be notified here as we make progress on this one.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey,
Thanks for following up with us and providing the screenshot!
I’ve tested the configuration and was able to verify that the exclusions aren’t getting applied as expected. I’ve created a bug ticket for this issue and you’ll be notified here as we make progress on this particular issue.
I apologize for any inconvenience that this issue has caused.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey John,
Thanks for following up with us and glad that this issue has been resolved.
This issue wasn’t directly addressed in the latest release. There’s potentially another issue here where what you experienced was a different symptom of a different problem.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to open a new thread.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Anna,
Thanks for providing this database information. I’ll test out this data to see if anything shows up when debugging the information here.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Flo,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
This is definitely a strange issue to be having. I’ve testing the widget using the latest versions of the plugin and the options appear to be saving as expected.
As an initial step, have you tried following the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict with an existing plugin?
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Robert,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
It looks like the resolution from the previous thread involved reaching out to the P2P creators. Based on Brian’s research it looks like the plugin should be pulling all the events but doesn’t look like there is anything we can do on our end to make them more compatible in this area.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Terry,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
When downloading the iCal file, do you click on that file to open Outlook? If so, could you try opening Outlook and then importing the event via the downloaded file? Does this approach give you the option of importing the event into your main calendar?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Alan,

This is definitely an interesting idea. For this particular case we would have to perform that test a bit earlier than we might if it were one of our plugins. For this one, the only time we could probably add that type of warning would be in the download prompt either preventing the prompt or saying that the user may face an issue. Not sure we could ultimately prevent this one here.
I’ll run this by our team though because I do see this as being a valuable step in those instances that we are able to control.
Thanks!

Was the Tickets plugin purchase made within the last 30 days? If so, our preferred approach would be for you to request a refund for that purchase via an email of the original receipt to support[at]theeventscalendar.com. If not, let me know and I can help to get something sorted out on your account.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I have some fond memories of the Hertford/Elizabeth City NC areas!
Would you mind providing a screenshot of the exclusion settings that you’re using for recurring events that aren’t working? This will help us in testing the particular set up that you would like to use.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Brendan,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Would you mind linking to a page that shows the filter issue that you’re describing so I can see what specifically may need to be changed to get the action you’re wanting.
Thanks!
September 28, 2015 at 8:06 am in reply to: ECP 3.12.1 changed the majority of URLs across our multisite #1009183Josh
ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I tried recreating this be taking the following steps:
- I created a new menu on a main site within a multisite that included pages, events, custom links, and event category archive
- I created a menu on a subsite within that same network that included the same type of links above.
- I upgraded my Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO to 3.12.2 and 3.12.1 respectively.
- I went back and checked all the menu items and the URLs were the same as when originally created and linked properly to the event.
Based on those steps, am I following the right steps based on the issue you’re noticing on your site? It’s very much possible that I might not be fully understanding the issue you’re describing.
If this looks right, an initial step would be to follow the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict at play with an existing plugin.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
