german translation / deutsche Übersetzung

ich habe das problem, dass teilweise keine Übersetzungen ins deutsche vorhanden sind und ich auch keine Einstellungen diesbezüglich finde. auf der startseite unter httP.//itworks-bodywraps.de ist unten rechts die nächste Veranstaltung mit Countdown aufgelistet. beim Countdown steht immer noch day, week, hour und so weiter und darunter immer noch das “upcoming” vor der Veranstaltung. wie kann ich das ändern, so dass die Worte in deutsch erscheinen? Bin für Hilfe dankbar. vielen lieben dank und viele grüße aus Deutschland.
