ParticipantHey Stephen,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
It looks like Outlook is modifying the import time based on Daylight Savings Time which is set to occur March 13 this year. If that is the case, I’m honestly not sure what our options are for addressing an issue such as this. Looping in one of our developers to get further feedback on this one.
Thanks!

Unfortunately I don’t believe there is a way to handle this within the settings for the plugin, however it can be accomplished with a little bit of customization.
You would need to follow our Themer’s Guide and copy the desired widget display file into your theme. From there you could disable the output of the list and have each of the grid blocks changed to a link that goes to “/events/{date}” to show the list of all events for that day.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey!

Try using the following snippet instead. The above snippet is for the main calendar and has the limitation set for the textdomain “tribe-” when we’ll need “event-” to target the “Tickets” wording.

The best approach would be to add the https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-post-manager/ to help in filtering your events within the dashboard and creating different views that make looking for your events a little easier when you have a large number of events.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Benjamin,

This sounds like you may be running into a known bug from a different perspective. Currently, a QR code can be scanned twice to “double check-in” someone. Once this issue is addressed, it should resolve the issue of a QR code getting scanned once and hitting someone that has already been manually checked in.
I’ve added this thread to our internal bug ticket for tracking this issue and you’ll be notified here as we make progress.
Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns about this process.
Thanks!

Unfortunately our plugin doesn’t handle any of the payment processing or setup. You’ll need to reach out to WooCommerce for support on the setup of the payment gateways and reviewing any errors in the payment processing.
I’m sorry I wasn’t able to give you more details on this one however hopefully it helps to point you in the right direction.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Stacey,
Let’s take a step back here for a second to help see where the potential issue may be. To see if the iCal importer is working at all, can you try a One Time import of an iCal URL (or file will work here as well) for “http://www.wpshindig.com/events/?ical=1” and see if that is able to show events available for import.
If that doesn’t, would you mind sending a screenshot of the import settings used as well as any errors or warnings that get included with the failure?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Lisa,
Thanks for following up. I’m glad the general import is working for you!
To clarify, when importing the older events, have you tried the combination of a “12/1/2015” start date with no radius when trying to import? I see different variations mentioned throughout the thread but not that specific setup stated explicitly. Just wanted to verify since I’m able to import with those settings without issue.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Emily,
Thanks for reaching out! The original code should only work for users with WP-Ecommerce as their cart of choice.
For the additional issue, we ask that you open a new thread. This will allow us to answer each persons questions directly and fully without having the conversation get confusing while discussing different cart solutions.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Keith,
I want to make sure I’m understanding the different potential issues here, do you mind clarifying that last sentence:
It also happens when I add or remove seats from an individual ticket.
Is this in reference to refunding tickets from an order?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Tyler,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Version 4.0.4 is the latest version of the core plugin and 4.0.3 is the latest version of the PRO plugin. You shouldn’t be getting the warning with those versions of each. As a first step, with both plugins at their latest versions, can you try deactivating both and reactivating to see if the notice goes away?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Rob,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately we don’t have a way for testing the premium plugins however we do have a refund policy that allows you to get a refund for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase. This way, you can get the plugins and see if they fit your needs. If not, we’d be happy to refund your purchase.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Shiloh,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I tried looking at your site (http://ethnicseattle.com/events/) however the page isn’t loading any of the event related content (https://cloudup.com/cAeq1kfBHwO). As an initial step, have you tried following the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a plugin or (more likely in this case) a theme conflict causing the issues we’re seeing here?
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
