ParticipantHi Alex,
It should be doable but customizations like this are not something we can spend time on at the moment. Mainly you’re going to want to modify /wp-content/plugins/events-community/views/event-form.php (first making a copy and placing in an ‘/events/community/’ folder in your theme). You can see how some of the other fields are included in the file and it would just be a matter of duplicating these fields but then customizing them with whatever other fields you want to use.
If you come up with anything it’d be great if you could share because I’m sure others could benefit from this!

ParticipantHey Russell, take a look at my response here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/separate-date-and-time-in-events-advanced-list-load-widget-display-php-file/
That should help but let me know if you’re still running in trouble with this.

ParticipantHi Javier,
No idea, this would be specific to your theme and how it’s coded. You might try contacting the theme author to see if they can help you with this.
Good luck!

ParticipantHi Steve,
Unfortunately there hasn’t been much discussion around this lately but it’s still filed as a ticket and I’ll bring it up next time I can. We are planning a survey in the near future to get some ideas about what people want with the plugin so this would be a good time for you to chime in then.
Thanks again,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi Henry,
Not that I know of. We’ve had users request changing the underlying permalink structure more than what we offer in the options and unfortunately it’s not easily achieved. You might be able to hack it but its not something we can help with.
Good luck!

ParticipantHi Jan, on the admin not showing your events – thanks for sending the screenshot. Have you tried removing the Venue filter?

ParticipantHi Marc,
Sorry to hear about that. Can you please email me WP admin access so I can take a look? Is it ok if I deactivate plugins and troubleshoot this a bit? Please email to jonah [at] tri [dot] be and reference this thread so I know what the email is for.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Penny & Todd,
Can both of you please send me WP admin access so I can look at your particular setup and see what could be going on? Please email to jonah [at] tri [dot] be and reference this thread so I know what it’s for.

ParticipantHi Henry,
This should be fixed in 2.0.4+ so you should be good to go. But if not, let us know and we’ll take another look.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Henry,
I don’t think that will but you can certainly try it out and if it doesn’t work, just switch them back. You won’t break anything. Make sure to clear your permalinks 🙂

ParticipantHi Christopher,
You can try deleting that shortcode, I’m not sure what it’s going to do because I don’t know why it’s there. You’ll need to try it out and see what happens… Same for the page. The plugin, as of version 2.0, creates it’s own page in background so having an actual events page won’t do anything. If you delete it you can always retrieve it from the trash 🙂 Give that a go and let me know if it works.

ParticipantHi Laura,
This is not something we are aware of as an issue but sorry to see this is a problem for you. Can you provide a link to your website with an example so I can see it for myself? Do you have enough memory allocated on the server for your website? This link can help you out with that: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/
Also, have you tried clearing your permalinks by visiting Settings > Permalinks? What are your permalinks settings set as?
