ModeratorI definitely see the same thing you are. Have you tried reverting to the default WP theme and deactivating all plugins to see if there’s a possible conflict? Try that out and let me know if the month view displays properly.

ModeratorDebbie, I’m glad to hear you’ve got it addressed! For future reference, take a look at our tutorial for Styling Events Widgets in our Knowledgebase. We’ve got plenty of examples on how to tweak the CSS to your liking. I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as Resolved. If you have any more questions, please feel free to open a new thread. Thanks for choosing PRO!

Moderator@Gwyneth – I noticed you and @martin were experiencing similar permalink issues which I was unable to replicate on my test environment. Try flushing your permalinks under WordPress Settings > Permalinks. Hit “Save Changes” and check your eft-courses page to see if the permalinks are displaying correctly.

ModeratorHey @Debbie! Try adding your custom CSS under the class .tribe-mini-calendar-wrapper – let me know it this helps!

ModeratorHey @martin and @Gwyneth! I just tried recreating the issue you’re experiencing on a test environment and didn’t run into the problems either of you are running into. Have you tried flushing your permalinks? You can do this by visiting your WordPress dashboard Settings > Permalinks. Hit “Save Changes” and see if this resolves your issue. Let us know how it goes!

ModeratorSteps 1 and 2 from the article posted above explain the necessary structure folder and also help you locate which templates you’d like to override (calendar view, map view, etc). So if you would like to override the calendar view, you’d need to copy the month.php template from plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views folder then make any changes on the new month.php file in your theme folder (theme-name/tribe-events/views).
Let us know if you get it all figured out!

ModeratorOur plugin can appear different depending on the active theme and how the plugin settings are configured, but from the looks of the screenshots provided it appears that site has been custom coded. Hope this answers your question!

ModeratorThanks for your purchase! We’d be happy to help try and figure out your issue. A few things you can try include visiting Events > Settings > Display in your WordPress dashboard. Once you’re there, try different options under the “Events template” settings section.
If you find it’s still not displaying correctly, your next option might be to create a template override. We’ve created a step-by-step tutorial with detailed explanation on how to get started which you can find right here.
Try these steps and let us know if either work for you. Have a great holiday season!

ModeratorHey @dcantato! I just want to note that we are fairly limited in how much support we can offer in regards to customization. With that said, I’m happy to point you in the right direction (if I can).
The ability to set related events by distance is not an out-of-the-box feature. Our plugin documentation is a great source of information for adding this kind of functionality. Another area I’d explore is your plugin folder, more specifically events-pro/src/views/pro/related-events.php – this is where you’ll find the Related Events code displayed on single-event.php.
If you’d like to recommend this feature added to an upcoming release, you can do so here. Thanks for choosing Events Calendar PRO and we hope you’re having a great holiday season!

ModeratorHello and thanks for choosing The Events Calendar. The first place I’d check is under your WordPress Settings > General. Next, I’d check the date and time format settings related to The Events Calendar which can be found under Events > Settings > Display.
Let me know if either does the trick for you.

ModeratorHello and thanks for choosing The Events Calendar! I’d be happy to help get your issue addressed. I do want to point out that the version you are attempting to revert back to is fairly old, so that may cause issues that can only be solved by using more recent plugin versions.
First and foremost, always make sure to backup before attempting any major updates on your site. With that said, take a look at this tutorial in our Knowledgebase on how to do manual updates. It’s clear, thorough, and should solve the problems you’re experiencing.
Please reply back and let me know if this article helps. If not, we’d be happy to continue troubleshooting for potential issues and remedies. Thanks again for choosing Pro and have a great holiday season!

ModeratorGood call – it was a user error (no surprise there, huh?) I had a redirect setup for some reason, must have done it by accident or forgot. Who knows. Thanks again 🙂
Hunter
ModeratorYes I’ve tried flushing the permalinks – no effect.

ModeratorI did see how it went back to working (not sure why), but I’m having the same issues again. Any promoter link gets stuck in a redirect. Try http://familyoffestivals.com/promoter/hard-presents/

ModeratorI’m fairly familiar with PHP and my events used to be able to call the title all over my event pages, but I’m not sure what caused this to change.
