ParticipantHi!
I purchased The Events Calendar Pro for the url nunartbcn.com
Now I’m building a new version of my website here http://wascacommola.nunartbcn.com, but the events calendar is not displaying properly (http://wascacommola.nunartbcn.com/agenda). I switched to the Twenty Thirteen theme and the calendar works.
I switched back to my theme (Ronneby), deactivated all plugins and the calendar is still not working.Could you help me solve this please?
Thank you very much!

ModeratorThanks for your purchase! We’d be happy to help try and figure out your issue. A few things you can try include visiting Events > Settings > Display in your WordPress dashboard. Once you’re there, try different options under the “Events template” settings section.
If you find it’s still not displaying correctly, your next option might be to create a template override. We’ve created a step-by-step tutorial with detailed explanation on how to get started which you can find right here.
Try these steps and let us know if either work for you. Have a great holiday season!

ModeratorSteps 1 and 2 from the article posted above explain the necessary structure folder and also help you locate which templates you’d like to override (calendar view, map view, etc). So if you would like to override the calendar view, you’d need to copy the month.php template from plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views folder then make any changes on the new month.php file in your theme folder (theme-name/tribe-events/views).
Let us know if you get it all figured out!

ParticipantHi,
I undestand, but as you can see here http://wascacommola.nunartbcn.com/agenda the whole month view is wrong. It’s not just a color, font or some other details. It seems as it is displaying the widget instead of the calendar.December 29, 2015 at 8:27 am #1047865Hunter
ModeratorI definitely see the same thing you are. Have you tried reverting to the default WP theme and deactivating all plugins to see if there’s a possible conflict? Try that out and let me know if the month view displays properly.

ParticipantYeah as I wrote in the first post “I switched to the Twenty Thirteen theme and the calendar works.
I switched back to my theme (Ronneby), deactivated all plugins and the calendar is still not working.”December 30, 2015 at 10:43 am #1048229Hunter
ModeratorAleix,
My apologies for seeming redundant. I understand you reverted back to the default WP theme and the calendar displays correctly. Have you tried deactivating other plugins while the Ronneby theme is active? If so, does the calendar display properly?
Additionally, did you follow the proper folder structure posted above when attempting your template overrides? In order for your template overrides to work properly, you need to copy the month.php template from plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views folder and make any changes on the new month.php file in your theme folder (theme-name/tribe-events/views).
If you have a caching plugin installed and activated, this could possibly cause issues with the calendar. Unfortunately, it seems like this error is a conflict with your theme which is out of our scope of support. Have you tried contacting them in regards to the issue? They might have a better solution. Keep me posted on your progress and good luck!
