ModeratorHey Mike,
Welcome back and thanks for reaching out. I’ll attempt to provide as much assistance as I can, but please note we are limited on how much support we’re able to provide for theme/plugin support requests.
We do have an article on how to go about moving the tickets form to different locations on your event pages. Let me know if it helps and have a great week.

ModeratorHi and welcome back ๐
I visited the site attached to your The Events Calendar account and also the calendar found on euhsd.org. To clarify, the event titled “En Espaรฑol โ Parent Meeting: Cookies with Keith” set for 5/2/16 at 6:00pm should not be listed, is this correct?
Additionally, can you please provide the iCal URL that is creating this “mysterious” event?
Thanks for reaching out and have a great week!

ModeratorHello Alison ๐
Thank you for the well-written and informative post. I’d be happy to help investigate the issue you describe.
First off, does the issue of nearly-consistent failed featured image uploads when adding events via the submit event form occur when using the default WP theme and only our plugins active as outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide?
Additionally, have you noticed any sort of pattern/reason as to why the featured image is not properly uploaded? For example, if you upload an image and leave the event description field (a required field) blank when adding an event via the submit event form, does it require you to re-upload the featured image?
Let me know if anything I’ve said/asked needs clarity and thanks again for the in-depth post. Have a good week!

ModeratorHey Arjun,
Welcome back!
I visited your site and made my browser window smaller as instructed. I noticed the site didn’t seem to be “responsive” – meaning it didn’t adjust accordingly to the browser width.
I wish I was able to provide more assistance, but it appears you’re using a custom theme. Theme support/customizations are outside the scope we’re able to provide. I recommend learning how to use the Inspect tool in your browser. Additionally, our Themer’s Guide gives great explanation on how to go about creating custom templates.
Best of luck getting the site to display as desired on all browser widths and thanks for choosing PRO. Have a great week ๐

ModeratorHi and welcome to the forums ๐
For clarity, can you please take a screenshot and highlight the field you’re having troubles with and send it over?
We do have a “feature” ticket we’re working on which will allow venue information (e.g. name and city) to be searchable when using the “Search” field.
I’ve attached this thread to the logged ticket for the developers to reference while working on improvements. Hang tight and stay tuned to your wp-admin and theeventscalendar.com/blog for feature/maintenance release info.
Thanks for choosing PRO and have a great week!

ModeratorHey Nathan,
Welcome to the forums and thanks for reaching out ๐
Can you please send me over what you have under Events > Settings > General > Timezone Settings and also your WP Settings > General > Timezone? Lastly, can you send a screenshot of the Time & Date section on the edit event page you’re having troubles with?
Thanks again for reaching out and I look forward to resolving this with you. Have a great week!

ModeratorSure thing ๐
I’ll close this out but feel free to open a new thread should anything else come up. Have a good week!

ModeratorHey Tommy,
If you wouldn’t mind, go ahead and create a separate thread. You mentioned you’re still using WooTickets which has been deprecated and is no longer supported. To get support, you’ll need to make the switch from WooTickets to Event Tickets Plus.
Thanks for understanding and I’ll keep my eye on the new thread queue.

ModeratorHey Riccardo,
Whichever solution you think fits best for you is what I would recommend. Regardless, I’m glad to hear you’re headed in the right direction ๐
If you feel this issue is “resolved” – please mark it as such and I’ll close it out. Thanks for the update and have a good week.

ModeratorHello,
Refer to our Themer’s Guide again. We provide information on how to create and save new templates so you won’t lose them when updating. You basically create a new folder inside your theme folder called tribe-events and save everything in there.
I recommend using a text editor rather than the main WP editor. You will be able to immediately undo any changes that may cause issues/errors. Check out Notepad++ (PC) or Text Wrangler (Mac) – they’re two free and easy text editors that can help get you started.
Let me know if this helps ๐

ModeratorHello and thanks for reaching out,
You can remove/alter the number of tickets text by doing a template override as explained in our Themer’s Guide. The file you’ll need to overwrite is /event-tickets-plus/src/views/wootickets/tickets.php
Look around line 74 and you’ll see the following code:
' . esc_html( $remaining ) . ''
);
?>
Remove that code from the new file you’ve created when following the instructions of our Themer’s Guide and it should remove the tickets available text.
Good luck and thanks for reaching out. Have a great upcoming week ๐

ModeratorHello and welcome back ๐
I see you said Yes to both reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivating all other plugins other than ours, but can you please confirm this? Additionally, can you send over your System Information as a private reply? Let me know and we’ll go from there. Have a great week!

ModeratorHey Joseph,
I understand where you’re coming from, however it will make it easier on us and yourself if you could create a separate thread per forum rules. Thanks for understanding and I’ll keep my eye on the queue. Enjoy your upcoming weekend ๐

ModeratorI’m glad to hear that you’ve identified the culprit! I took a quick look through those functions and didn’t spot anything obviously problematicโno syntax errors, for example.
So this means that you have some other not-so-obvious problems in your customization.
As noted on this page, we are not able to help with customizations โ https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/. I took a quick look at things regardless to no avail, so you’ll have to take the reins from here.
If you are not able to troubleshoot your code yourself, I would recommend hiring a professional to help. We have a list of great developers here โ http://m.tri.be/18k1 (and have no affiliation with any of these folksโthey’re simple some well-respected names in the community that we’ve compiled to share in situations like this one).
Best of luck with your customizations!
