ParticipantHey @Jens!
Thanks for reaching out.
I would recommend sending an email with this proposition to support @ theeventscalendar.com—include any relevant details you can think of, etc., and I will forward the email to a products manager for consideration from there.
I recommend this because private email conversations are better suited for this sort of dialogue. With that in mind, I will close this forum thread — but if you have any “support” topics you still want to address, like plugin issues or bugs, open a new thread any time.
I’ll see you over email! 😀
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Mark,
Thanks for reaching out!
None of our plugins provide a “slider” feature, so whichever slider feature you are referring to is either coming from your theme, or from a plugin we do not make.
I would recommend contacting your the theme’s support team for further assistance on the theme slider feature.
If you think The Events Calendar or any of its premium add-ons are related to these issues, can you please specify how? And then also share links to where the failing slideshows are visible online?
Thanks,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Christophe,
Thanks for reaching out!
To take care of this issue, you can simply head over to http://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys and you will find a list of URLs to which your license keys are registered there.
Find the URL that is no longer being used, and click the “Disconnect Now” link next to it.
Once that URL is no longer showing up in the http://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys page, you can then activate that license on your NEW site in its wp-admin from there.
I hope this helps!

ParticipantHey Vince, and Larry, thanks for your interest the 4.3 suite of plugins.
We are as keen to get it out the door as you are! 😀
While I cannot guarantee a specific date on the calendar, I can proudly say that, if all goes to plan, the 4.3 updates should arrive before October 1st is upon us.
I’m sorry for the lack of specificity, but we’re just ironing out some last testing to ensure our releases are the highest quality possible. There are a lot of changes in the 4.3 updates and so the testing must be thorough, and has been—we’ll be wrapping it up for good soon.
Thanks for your patience!
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Greg,
Sorry to hear about this behavior!
Can you share your site’s complete system information? Here is how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Also, can you confirm if this issue only happens when WPML is activated?
Thanks,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Jonathan,
Thanks for elaborating a bit here.
Your language here seems to clarify what you are looking for:
Then I should be able to go to the London’s page
☝️ I highlighted “page” there because, unfortunately, making true pages that have filtered events by location is not possible at this time. 🙁
The closest you could get to this is to give each city or other location denomination its own Event Category. So, all events happening in London could be in the “London” Event Category. This would then allow for links like this:
• example.com/events/category/london
or:
• example.com/events/category/san-francisco
And so on…there is no other way, at this time, to pull off something like:
• example.com/events/in/london
or:
• example.com/events/location/san-francisco
Sorry to disappoint! I hope this information is bit more helpful than my earlier replies—let me know what you think.
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Andy,
Thanks for reaching out!
There unfortunately is no “formal” or direct way to upgrade a single purchase into a bundle at this time, so yes, refunding your original purchase first is the best way to go about this.
Can you confirm that you would like me to refund that original purchase, so that you can then buy the bundle? If you confirm I will issue a refund immediately.
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Jonathan,
Thanks for reaching out.
This is unfortunately only possible if you have the Filter Bar add-on, which provides the category filtering. Once this add-on is installed, then yes:
The Tribe Bar allows you to show events “near” a location by using the “Near:” filter, and then once you filter events by location you can use the separate Filter Bar to additionally filter by category.
You can see an example of all of this on our demo site here → http://wpshindig.com/events/
The Tribe Bar is the horizontal bar that sits atop the calendar there, while the Filter Bar is the vertical bar on the left side of the page.
I hope this information helps!

ParticipantHey McG,
You will NOT lose any functionality of the Events Calendar Pro plugin if you let the license expire.
You lose two main things:
• Updates for Events Calendar Pro, which means that your version of Events Calendar Pro falls out-of-date which can create problems if you update The Events Calendar and/or WordPress, which you should always do. Leaving WordPress out-of-date or using out-of-date plugins is one of the main ways your site becomes insecure and easier to hack.
• Customer support access here in the premium forums. You can read other replies and our knowledgebase articles, but would no longer be able to post for help about your own specific issues.
I hope this information is clear and helps! Let me know if you have any other questions I can try to help with.

ParticipantHey Blankbeard,
Thanks for reaching out.
Threads close automatically after two weeks of inactivity from the thread author, so that closed automatically and it’s best to continue the conversation here.
Can you share the system information of the site that you made up on the subdomain? Here is how to share information → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Jennifer,
Our plugin unfortunately do not provide this feature, as you mentioned. 🙁 When it comes to making this feature exist, we are unfortunately not able to provide assistance with custom coding.
You can read more about this policy here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/
If you are interested in hiring someone to help you make that feature a reality, I’d recommend checking out our “Customizations” page here → http://theeventscalendar.com/customizations
Cheers!
GeorgeSeptember 14, 2016 at 7:05 pm in reply to: Simplified Attendee List with Attendee Information #1164378George
ParticipantHey @wineschool,
To address things in reverse order, yes, you can indeed tweak things via CSS — although this may be especially hard to pull off in the context of printing out attendees list. You can set up print stylesheets (this article covers some examples), but it would take a good deal of CSS to end up with a printable attendees list along the ones of what you are describing.
As for having the Attendee Information in its own column, this is something we struggled with for quite some time. It’s a difficult design element to get right, because there is no standard use case for what will be included in “Attendee Information” fields.
You can get clever with custom admin columns if you’d like. There are numerous tutorials out there — here is just one example to get started with.
I hope these resources help and would recommend making backups of your site and all of the plugins/themes on it before tinkering with custom coding.
Cheers!

ParticipantGlad to hear it!
Open another issue at any time if other issues or questions arise.
For now: best of luck with your project. 😀

GeorgeSeptember 14, 2016 at 4:19 pm in reply to: Is the Event Tickets Plus an additional license fee above Events Calendar Pro? #1164325George
ParticipantHey Mirja,
Thanks for reaching out!
Event Tickets Plus is a separate plugin and requires a separate license and purchase.
Let me know if this helps and if there’s anything else I can try to help with!
Sincerely,
