I just purchased Events Tickets Plus (tonight 9/13 for $104) and the latest download version it gave me was 4.0.5.I activated both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus but when I go to edit a Ticket, there is no Global Stock Option.
The whole reason I purchased it was to be able to use Global stock, which I come to find is only available in version 4.1?When I go to my account I see an error message saying that my Event Tickets Plus (which I just bought tonight 9/13/16) expired in Feb. and I will have to renew for $104 to get the latest version.
It also doesn’t show the latest license key 679535bd7d29b2c58d9af6657e2ef51b7ed92470 for Events Calendar Plus in My Account. I’ve attached my invoice with my new license key. For some reason my account is not updating the purchase in order to give me the latest version?
I’ve also tried to input the license key in WordPress and it says it is invalid. If you could let me know how to get the latest version so I can use Global Stock, that would be great. Thanks, Lainie

Really sorry for the mixup here!
I am not quite sure where things went wrong, because I can indeed verify that you made a successful renewal of your Business License for Event Tickets Plus last night.
If you head to http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads, can you click the version number selector for Event Tickets Plus, go as far down the list as possible, and share a screenshot of the full list? Here is an example of how this would look:
You can share the images by uploading the screenshots to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.
If you have difficulty getting this screenshot, then can you at least manually let me know what the highest version numbers are available for each plugin on that Downloads page? (http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads)

I’m a bit puzzled as to why this happened, because your account should have access to the latest version of Event Tickets Plus. Weird!
In any case, here is what I have done to try and get things working:
• I have removed the WooCommerce Tickets license since that is a defunct plugin, and the license key was inactive anyways.
• I have manually “rebooted” the Event Tickets Plus license, so to speak, and it should now definitively be activated until February 22, 2017—at which point it would need to be renewed again, etc.
If you check out the page at http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads now, are you able to get version 4.2.6 of Event Tickets Plus?
