MemberHi Jonas!
Great question. You can download an invoice for your purchases from us by logging into your account here on our site. Here are detailed instructions for locating the invoice:
Please note that we do not collect tax on purchases made from Germany, so there should be no itemized tax on the invoice.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberAwesome, thanks so much Gavin! I’ll go ahead and close this thread, but feel free to reach out to us on WordPress.org if the theme author has thoughts or questions that we can help answer and we’d be happy to follow up with you on our next support pass over there.
Cheers and have a great weekend!

MemberHi Jo,
That is really strange! It seems to be working right now as I type (screenshot) and, to be honest, it’s pretty tough to troubleshoot something like this. I’ve dug around our forums and asked around the team to see if anyone else has reported anything similar, but I came up empty.
In an ideal world, I would ask you to switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Seventeen) and leave the site in that state for a day or so to see if the issue happens when there are no customizations from the current them in place. However, I know that’s sort of an impossible and inconvenient thing to ask since this is a live site and you depend on your theme being active.
Instead, would you be willing to spin up a second test site where we could do that? If we could replicate the same issue in a default WordPress environment on a test site, then that would give our team something to work with where we could look into this a little more.
Let me know if you think that’s feasible and I’d be happy to give you some instructions to get started.
Thanks so much!

MemberHi Jonas,
Thanks for writing in!
We run a number of sales and promotions throughout the year and you can find the latest and greatest offers listed on our Deals, Coupons & Discounts! page.
If nothing there fits exactly what you’re looking for, I’d suggest either subscribing to our email newsletter or following us on Twitter because we also make those announcements there.
Cheers!

MemberHey Gavin and thanks for getting in touch!
We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.
If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our WordPress.org support forum.
Or, if you already have an active license for one of premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?
In the meantime, I do think this might be more a question for the theme developer since it’s more about whether the theme’s functionality supports a customer post type and custom archive templates. I’d recommend starting there and then opening up a support thread with us if the theme developer has questions that we can help answer.
Thanks so much!

MemberHi Toni,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble here with the navigation links!
I was just looking at your site on both a desktop and a phone and it appears that the links are there at the bottom of the event list. Here’s a screenshot of what I’m seeing on a phone.
Are you seeing something different? Or, perhaps, were you able to resolve the issue on your own? Either way, let me know and I’d be happy to look into this more with you.

GeoffFebruary 1, 2017 at 10:04 am in reply to: Full calendar and sidebar widget on the same page? #1227686Geoff
MemberHi Jess,
Thanks for writing in!
Great questions. Yes, it is possible to have the full calendar and the calendar widget on the same page. We have shortcodes for both full calendar views and our widgets, which allow you to embed them anywhere you would like.
You also asked about toggling views in the widget. I am afraid that is something that the widgets do not support at this time. Each widget is its own thing and retains its own layout when used.
Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Joanne,
Welcome to the forums! I was just visiting your site and it’s really nice — excellent work!
It looks like the countdown widget is working. Here is a screenshot of what I see:

Is that correct and you were able to fix it on your own? Or perhaps I’m looking in the wrong place and you can point me in the right direction. Either way, please let me know and I’d be happy to dig into this with you.
One thing I do notice is that this is a highly customized version of the widget. If it is not working, then I may want to try some troubleshooting steps with you to see if the widget works when those customizations are not in place.
Thanks so much!

MemberHi Andrew,
Thanks for getting in touch!
You can actually export your events using the free version by heading to Tools > Export from the WordPress admin. Once you’ve exported your data, you can import to the other site from the Tools > Import screen — which requires that you have the WordPress Importer installed.
That said, we do have a service called Event Aggregator that, if activated, will allow you to import your events from one site to another. It’s already built into The Events Calendar — all you need to do is purchase a license, enter it in the Events > Settings > Licenses screen, then head to Events > Import and enter the URL of the site you want to import from.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

MemberHey Carl,
Thanks for the heads up! Let’s get you a workaround while Theme Fusion works on an official patch.
Will you please try adding the following code to your Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS screen:
table.tribe-events-tickets tr .woocommerce { width: 100%; } table.tribe-events-tickets tr .tickets_price { width: 75%; } table.tribe-events-tickets tr .tickets_description { width: 40%; }Here is a screenshot of how that looks when I test it out on your site. As you can see, it’s not perfect, but it definitely resolves the squashed appearance and hopefully will get you by until the theme updates its stylesheets.
Cheers!

MemberHi Mark,
Great question! Yes, Events Calendar PRO does include a feature that allows you to display only the next recurring event instance in a series. Here is how that looks in the settings:

That will prevent all the events in a recurring series from being displayed in the list-style views of the calendar — for example, List View, Photo View, Map View, Day View and the Event List widgets.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Angela,
Great question!
I think our plugins could help here, though it might take a bit of a workaround to make it happen.
The Events Calendar allows you to create events, which you know. It also allows you to create Venues for your events, which can then be associated to your events. So, in this case, you can create a Venue post for each hotel.
Event Tickets Plus (which requires our free Event Tickets plugin) allows you to create paid tickets for your events. My recommendation would be to create a ticket for each hotel and set the number of available tickets for each one to the number of available rooms. You can also set each ticket at a different price point, should the hotels be different nightly rates.
That’s likely the best way I can of how our plugins would help. Does that sound like it would do the trick? You can also feel free to let me know if I can clarify anything or answer any other questions about the plugin features.
Oh, and as a final point, our plugins do include a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Purchasing them and using the month to test things out might be a good way for you to get a solid feeling for whether they will work for you.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Nicole,
Sure thing! I’m happy to help you with this,
I’ve gone ahead and deactivated your license for Events Calendar PRO and exchanged it for a Filter Bar license.
You can access the new license key by logging into your account on our site and navigating to My Account > License Keys. You will also be able to access a download of Filter Bar by navigating to the Downloads screen from there.
Let me know if you have any issues accessing your new license key and I’d be happy to help. 🙂
Cheers!
