MemberMy pleasure — sorry again for the bad news but I’m equally excited for this new feature to release. The team’s been working really hard on it and the small bits I’ve seen so far have been great. 🙂
I’ll go ahead and close this thread but please feel free to let us know if any other questions pop up and we’d be happy to help.
Cheers and have a great weekend!

MemberHey there and thanks for getting in touch!
I took a look at the calendar and it appears that you are using the All in One Event Calendar instead of The Events Calendar. Will you please confirm that the calendar in that screenshot is The Events Calendar?
Thanks so much!

MemberHi Jim and welcome to the forums!
The featured venue shortcode requires you to specify the venue you want to display. So, for example, if you have a venue called Starbucks, you can add the venue slug to the shortcode like this:
[tribe_featured_venue slug="starbucks"]Then, to limit the number of events to three, you can add that to the shortcode as well:
[tribe_featured_venue slug="starbucks" limit="3"]You can find full details about all of the shortcode’s available options in this post.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey there, and welcome to the forums and thanks for picking up the plugins!
A multisite license is the way to go To be honest, I would have assumed the same thing about Unlimited being the right option, but I’ve confirmed that Multisite is correct.
Would you like me to go ahead and process a refund for Order #1150722? That would allow you to pick up the Multisite license instead — and save a few bucks to boot. 🙂
Thanks!

MemberHi Lane, thanks for getting in touch!
I am sorry to say that shortcodes for full calendar views are not yet available. The shortcodes in Events Calendar PRO are currently available for the calendar widgets:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
That said, I do have good news to share — we are working on the finishing touches for full calendar views via shortcode in 4.3 which is our next major release. While we do not have an official release date to announce, I imagine it will be ready in the next 4-6 weeks, if all things go according to plan.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHi Hannah,
Thanks so much for reaching out! I’m really stoked to hear you’re looking forward to Event Aggregator — we are too and can’t wait for it to come out while we put the finishing touches on. 🙂
I am sorry to say, however, that Eventbrite will not be an import option in there. It’s something we really wanted to do right out of the gate, but is tougher to accomplish that we expected.
That said, we do have Eventbrite Tickets, which will certainly sync events between The Events Calendar and Eventbrite.com.
And, yes, if you have Community Events in addition to either Event Aggregator or Eventbrite Tickets (or both!), then you can also accept event submissions from folks to the same calendar. 🙂
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know!
Cheers,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHey Mark, happy Friday!
I want the ‘First and Last Name’ and ‘Email’ fields to be displayed without having to select the number of attendees.
You should be able to hide the quantity field selector with CSS. Something like this:
#tribe-events-content .quantity { display: none; }And then, I need to create 2 custom emails, one for the verification for the customer saying ‘Thank You for signing up’ and another for the event administrator saying, for example, ‘John Smith has just signed up for your insert name of class on insert date here.’
There are two email templates, one for attendees and another for non-attendees, both located at:
- /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php
- .wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email-non-attendance.php
From there, you can follow the steps outlined in the Themer’s Guide to override those files in your theme directory and customize both emails to suit your needs.
Does this help? Please let me know — and, if you have additional questions, it would be awesome if you could start a new thread since we’re starting to veer away from Events Calendar PRO and into Event Tickets Plus. 🙂
Thanks so much!

MemberThanks so much, Kevin!
I noticed you’re running pretty earlier versions of our plugins. For example here are the versions installed and what the current releases are:
- The Events Calendar 3.12.3 (current: 4.2.5)
- Events Calendar PRO 3.12.4 (current: 4.2.4)
I do recall an issue with license fields a while back, but I can confirm that the issue no longer exists in the latest versions of the plugins.
If you update to the latest versions, the issue should be resolved. If, however, you are unable to update, then do be sure to at least update The Events Calendar so that it is the same version as Events Calendar PRO — 3.12.4 for both. You can find past versions of the plugin here on WordPress.org. I’m not sure that will resolve the issue, but it will at least ensure that the plugins are synced to the same functional release.
Cheers,

MemberHi Sara, thanks for following up!
The resolution of the image is already good (screenshot). But, since the image dimensions are much larger than they were before, the code I provided will scale the image down on the event page itself so that it doesn’t take up so much space and interfere with the content (screenshot). 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Kevin, thanks for following up!
Would you be willing to head to Events > Settings > Help, copy the system information at the bottom of the screen and paste it here as a private reply? I want to run a check of your settings to look for anything that might be off and preventing that from showing up.
Thanks so much!

MemberHi Kevin, welcome to the forums and thanks for purchasing Events Calendar PRO!
You should be able to enter the license by heading to Events > Settings, and then clicking on the Licenses tab (screenshot). Is that tab and screen displayed when you head over there?
Cheers!
