Can't find where to paste Calendar PRO license – multi-site

I purchased a multi-site license for Events Calendar PRO but I cannot find a place to put the license on our website(s). I see Events Calendar PRO in my list of active plugins but don’t see a license key field.

Hi Kevin, welcome to the forums and thanks for purchasing Events Calendar PRO!

You should be able to enter the license by heading to Events > Settings, and then clicking on the Licenses tab (screenshot). Is that tab and screen displayed when you head over there?

I see that tab when when I click it there is nowhere to put the Events Calendar PRO license – only WooCommerce Tickets and the Filter Bar.

Thanks so much, Kevin!

I noticed you’re running pretty earlier versions of our plugins. For example here are the versions installed and what the current releases are:

• The Events Calendar 3.12.3 (current: 4.2.5)
• Events Calendar PRO 3.12.4 (current: 4.2.4)

I do recall an issue with license fields a while back, but I can confirm that the issue no longer exists in the latest versions of the plugins.

If you update to the latest versions, the issue should be resolved. If, however, you are unable to update, then do be sure to at least update The Events Calendar so that it is the same version as Events Calendar PRO — 3.12.4 for both. You can find past versions of the plugin here on WordPress.org. I’m not sure that will resolve the issue, but it will at least ensure that the plugins are synced to the same functional release.
