ParticipantJust a note: the checkbox to “share your system info” is actually in “Events → Help” and not in “Events → Settings → Licenses” as mentioned here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
I have checked the box in my ‘Help’ settings and a copy of those settings will be in a private message to follow.

They post new events daily and we work with them a lot. Using the EA all new events come in with a blank organizer field but using the legacy import all fields are populated correctly.

ParticipantI’ve chosen to only have a few Facebook Pages import for now, seeing the problems others are facing.
I’m experiencing the same problem as a few others where my imports are wiping out my “Organizer” field. So for now, I’ll hold off on any major importing. We do 200+ imports each day as well.
I know the Events Calendar staff will get these resolved. Until then, back to the Legacy System: at least we can stay in operation until our issues are resolved.

Sorry I was a bit crass in my comment. I was pretty excited about the new aggregation system then when I started reading about it I got a little let-down.
I read a few other posts and comments from other topics and understand a few things better now.
Sorry again, and our site and community website wouldn’t be anywhere near usable if it weren’t for the Event Calendar plugin system.

ParticipantI agree with André, I manage two sites that are importing 2oo+ events each and I was under the assumption this new import tool was going to relieve me from manually importing 20 pages at a time to get all my updates in…EVERY DAY!
I was very excited when hearing the talks and reports about the aggregator and now.. what a let down. I’ll go back to using the legacy system.

ParticipantAfter looking a little deeper into some other’s forum posts, I believe I found that MailPoet may do what we need it to do. I will be working on it this week and confirm if that provided the solution I was looking for.
