MemberHi Karri 🙂
You are able to use Events Calendar Pro within 1 instance of your Multisite. You are correct that you will need to manually update the license. We do charge just the difference between your current license and the next level up that you choose.
Is there anything else I can help you with at this time?
Thanks,

MemberHi Jamie
There are a few tips I’d recommend that you check out for customizing.
- Start by going to WP Admin Dashboard » Appearance » Customize.  From there, you can see The Events Calendar and make many customizations to match your theme.
- Typically, don’t change the theme or plugin’s css files, they will be overwritten on updates. To avoid this, follow the steps outlined in Themer’s Guide
- Use overriding CSS files, or add CSS to your site using Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS.
- Use !important before a semicolon to override every css rule. It’s a brute force method, but works for quick fixes.
- Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS.
Unfortunately, we’re limited in helping with advanced styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
However, if you run into a few little bumps along the way, don’t hesitate to ask us for some help.
Keep me posted on your progress.

MemberHi Mark
1. Can you please share a link to a couple of specific events on your site that have featured images that are not showing up any more?
2. Can you create a new test event on your site and add a featured image to it, then publish it? Does the featured image for this event show up without issue?
3. Does this happen when you switch to a default theme, per our Testing for Conflicts.
Looking forward to helping you get this resolved.
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtney
MemberHi Ines
I have submitted this issue as a bug report after having been able to replicate it with the 2017 theme. We’ll respond here when the issue is resolved.

MemberHey Andrew
Can you confirm the website address that you adding this to?
Have you tried Testing for Conflicts? Does the plugin display when all other plugins are deactivated? Does it display with a default theme?
Keep me posted on the progress.
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtney
MemberHi George
Before we go too much further, can you confirm whether you’ve reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide to see if you can reproduce the issues/errors?
It would also really help me to narrow down the problem if you could privately respond with your System Info.
Does every venue link redirect to a 404 error message?
Hopefully we can fix this quickly.
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtney
MemberThat’s great to hear Armando 🙂
Come back again if you need help.

MemberHi George
The easiest way to redirect users would be to add a plugin like Download Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin.  This will allow you to redirect the single event to a post, and keep track of the redirects you have in place.
Be sure to review the plugin’s settings and enable “Custom Post Types”.
Let me know if this works for you.

MemberHi Sinisa
Did you move the license key from one domain to another? Â If so, you might also need to reset your Google Maps API, if that is the map not displaying.
It might be helpful to review this guide on setting up your Google Maps API
Can you also provide a link to an exact page where a map should display?
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberI followed the helpful guide on setting up your Google Maps API to narrow down the conflict that you seem to be having.
Based upon the error message in Chrome Dev Tools, it looks like you do not yet have an API key.
After you have created an API key, add it to WP-Admin dashboard » Events » Settings » API.  Then refresh the page and see if that works.
When generating your API key, you should whitelist your domain(s) so owners of other domains cannot steal your API key’s usage.
We recommend that you include two urls like this:
*.example.com/*
*example.com/*Please let me know if that helps. ?

MemberHi Anna
I followed the helpful guide on setting up your Google Maps API to narrow down the conflict that you seem to be having.
Based upon the error message in Chrome Dev Tools, it looks like possibly there is something not yet set up in your Google API account. The error message directs me to a Google help file.
The current URL loading the Google Maps JavaScript API has not been added to the list of allowed referrers. Please check the referrer settings of your API key on the Google API Console.
Can you check that within your Google account?

MemberHi Cameron
Just double checking… Did you notice the same problem when all other plugins were deactivated? Was it happening with a default theme? It looks as if you’ve already Tested for Conflicts but I’d like to be sure.
I haven’t been able to duplicate your problem myself yet.

MemberHi Mahboob
Are you referring to using the Instapage plugin on a WordPress website? If so, I believe you’d be able to use our shortcodes to display the calendar, either with widgets or in full view modes.
Is there anything else I can do to help?
Thanks,

MemberHi Andrew
Our policy is to not log in to client websites. However, we can get a lot of information if you’d send along your System Info.
Hopefully I’ll be able to help you with that quickly.

MemberHi Frank
When you install Event Tickets Plus, you will also need to install an Ecommerce plugin. We integrate with WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP eCommerce, and Shopp. Once you’ve got one of those configured, Events Tickets Plus will display a field for the price of events.
If you need further help getting set up, please see the new user primer.
To limit tickets only for those logged in, go to WP Admin Dashboard » Events » Settings » Tickets and scroll down to the Login requirements section. Check the box to require users to log in before they purchase tickets.
The Avada theme adds their own location for styling The Events Calendar. Go to Avada » Theme Options » Events Calendar. They have created a useful guide for how they integrate with us.
Is there anything else I can do to help?
Thanks,
