Images not showing

I have reviewed the forums and even found this post “https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/the-event-featured-image-is-not-displaying/”. I cannot get my featured images to show up in the list or single events or the YouTube videos (iframe) to show from my excerpt in the list. I tried to find the recommended fix via the post I linked above but cannot find “single-event-page” or anything like that in the editor. I may be blind. Please help.

Hi Mark

1. Can you please share a link to a couple of specific events on your site that have featured images that are not showing up any more?

2. Can you create a new test event on your site and add a featured image to it, then publish it? Does the featured image for this event show up without issue?

3. Does this happen when you switch to a default theme, per our Testing for Conflicts.
