Events menu not showing on lefthand side

I just purchased the pro plugin, activated it, but it isn’t showing up on the lefthand side of my website (I have used this plugin before on another site, with another license, so i do know where it should appear.

Any ideas?

Hi Andrew

Our policy is to not log in to client websites. However, we can get a lot of information if you’d send along your System Info.

The problem is I don’t even see the Events Button on the lefthand side, to get to the system information.

Any other ideas?

Can you confirm the website address that you adding this to?

Have you tried Testing for Conflicts? Does the plugin display when all other plugins are deactivated? Does it display with a default theme?
