MemberHi PΓ‘idΓn
Our paid plugins will require keeping a valid license to receive updates and access to support. When the license expires, the plugin will continue working as it has until the last update (this is true of all our plugins at this time except Event Aggregator).
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there Alessio,
Thanks for the report and sorry to hear about this glitch. We could confirm the issue and are already working on a fix (hopefully for next maintenance release). The temporary solution is to downgrade The Events Calendar to version 4.5.10.1 (get it here β https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/the-events-calendar.4.5.10.1.zip).
We will give you a heads-up here when the fix is released π
Thanks

MemberHi Jen
Can you check that you don’t have a license key added inadvertently to the EA field at Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses? If there is one there, delete it and save the page.
Please let me know how that goes.
Thanks

MemberHi Britton
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks

MemberHi Michelle
We did ship an update out that appears to have resolved this issue. We do have a few related Event Aggregator bugs yet in the system, but are “all hands on deck” at resolving these. We are working aggressively to making this service the best possible experience that it can be.
I’m so sorry for the experiences you’ve had lately. We definitely want to improve that.
Thanks

MemberHi Victor
Based upon your configuration, I don’t believe there is much we can do on our license server side to resolve this. However, not having the license in your site will not affect the plugin’s functionality other than updates.
Please let me know if you find a working solution to this.
Thanks

MemberHi Richard
We do not offer a way to convert existing Woo products to tickets. However, when you create a ticket with Event Tickets Plus, it will use Woo for the ecommerce.
Does this help?
Thanks

MemberHi Kevin
Can you try this:
/** * Move the export events link to before the calendar page */ function tribe_move_calendar_export_link() { if ( function_exists( 'tribe' ) ) { remove_action( 'tribe_events_after_footer', array( tribe( 'tec.iCal' ), 'maybe_add_link' ) ); add_action( 'tribe_events_before_header', array( tribe( 'tec.iCal' ), 'maybe_add_link' ), 11, 1 ); } } add_action( 'init', 'tribe_move_calendar_export_link' );Let me know if that works for you!
Thanks

MemberHi Melanie
Weβre limited in helping with styling customizations, per ourΒ Scope of SupportΒ /Β Terms. However, you can use the Themer’s Guide for a starting point on how to customize your layout.
There are some themes that integrate with our plugin and make their own layouts for the Events page. You could search for some of those themes, if you are still in development.
List and Photo view sound the closest to what you are looking for. Please let me know how this goes.
Thanks
