MemberHi Rocco
Can you do a fresh install of the plugin on the live site and activate it from within that site? You can check this at Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses. I believe this should work. Let me know.
Thanks

MemberNow I follow Ian.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests and be sure to include your System Info.
Thanks

MemberHi Mattz
That would be a fun feature. I do hope you can push on with this to get the effect you want.
Unfortunately, weโre limited in helping with customizations, per ourย Scope of Supportย /ย Terms.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.

MemberHi Iacopo
Is the client able to log in to their site and find the license at Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses? If so, please privately send it to us at
support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com
We can’t find the website address in the system but can look up the license key.
Do remember, since this is a thread in our pre-sales forum, this is public. An email would keep this private.
Thanks

MemberHi Jim I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at: The Events Calendar you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum.
If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! ๐
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Ulrich
Filter Bar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-filterbar/ is it’s own plugin. The personal license for it is $89 USD. The features of it are different than those of Events Calendar Pro. You can opt to use both plugins if you’d like.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Ian
Do you mean that http://undiscoveredcotswolds.com/events/ doesn’t display for you? I am able to see the events calendar here.
Thanks

MemberHi Fabel
I was able to see the events to be imported from your feed:

I see that you have the 100 imports license. Could the error you are seeing be related to exceeding that limit for today? Check in Events ยป Help ยป Event Log (at the bottom) ยป Event Aggregator System Status to see how many imports have been used.
Thanks
Courtney ๐Courtney
MemberSure thing Stephen. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

MemberHi Carolyn
Some of the import sources allow for something close to this:

You can refine by keywords, location, etc. However, not all sources work like this.
If you want to see additional functionality for this, I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHey Jim
Yes, The Events Calendar will allow you to freely import .csv files without limit. The only different with this vs Event Aggregator is that these are all manual imports. They cannot be automated.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey there Andy
Can you provide me a link to your site? I’d like to specifically see an instance of one of your recurring events, similar to the Javascript group link you shared.
Also, can you send us your System Info? That can really help us troubleshoot what might be going on.
Can you go through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. We don’t get the UX problems often that you have mentioned. I’d really like to see what you are seeing, as the majority of our users see something much more similar to our demo site.ย

Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
โข If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
โข If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! ๐
I did take a very quick peek and can see that grey bar is created by your theme, not our plugin.
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!
