What license do I have to buy?

Hi,
The event calendar is installed on one of my client’s sites. He also has “The Events Calendar: Eventbrite Tickets”, which generated this warning:

“There is a new version of The Events Calendar: Eventbrite Tickets available but your license key is expired. Visit the Events Calendar website to renew your license. You’ll need to renew your license in order to have access to updates, downloads, and support. View what’s new with version 4.4.8.”

What license do I have to buy: “The Events Calendar” or “The Events Calendar: Eventbrite Tickets”? Can you sand me the right link?

The Events Calendar is our free plugin, available on WordPress.org.

The license issue you are seeing is likely tied to Eventbrite Tickets. Are you able to tell us what the domain of the website is or the email address of the account holder? I could look that information up on our system to see if the license has expired.

My client does not remember the email with which he registered. But I know the domain of the site: http://www.laziofablab.it

if you could also provide me with the link to the correct page where I can find the license, I would be grateful.

Is the client able to log in to their site and find the license at Events » Settings » Licenses? If so, please privately send it to us at

support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com

We can’t find the website address in the system but can look up the license key.
