MemberHi, Hans-Gerd.
I’m not 100% clear exactly what you’re referring to by “previous website” in your first sentence. If you share an annotated screenshot or video screen capture, it might help communicate what you’re seeing and what exactly you’re wanting.

MemberHi, Matias.
Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Does this occur in multiple browsers and/or email clients?
Could you please tell me the image source URL?

MemberHi, Andras.
Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Is the purchaser logged in to a WordPress account at the time of purchase or checking out as a guest?
Please also share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Cliff
MemberThanks for all that detailed information.
Was there a specific piece of it that was of concern regarding this issue?

MemberAndras, sorry you did not feel well-served on this topic. This particular bug was elusive and I was asking Tanya if she could confirm/replicate our findings. Were you also able to confirm this solution worked for you, like it seems Tanya was able to.

Cliff
MemberHi. Thanks for that update. Could you please provide a screenshot or video of your settings as they are now and also include a copy of a new log entry with such settings?
Then I’ll try to replicate this. Thank you.

MemberTanya, I believe we’ve finally discovered the cause of this bug. I believe if you uncheck the first box in each of these 2 options the bug will go away: https://cl.ly/0q383o0w472a (at wp-admin > Events > Settings > Tickets tab)
It, of course, will eventually be fixed once we’re certain it’s the cause.
Would you please report back what checkboxes you had, then what you changed them to, and your findings thereafter?
Cliff
MemberThanks so much.
I did notice you had Community Tickets set to be Flat Fee + Percentage but you did not complete both fields. Please change the fee type (e.g. Percentage only) or enter an amount for Flat Fee (e.g. $1).
If this does turn out to be the answer to the problem (wouldn’t that be nice), then we’d still log a bug if I could replicate this behavior.
Please let me know what you find out.
Cliff
MemberYou bet! Have a great one.
