ParticipantStephen,
Thanks for reaching out! We don’t currently have this functionality available, however I have logged this feature with our developers to see if it would be feasible to put into a future version of Community. Thanks for the suggestion, and I’ll keep you updated on the progress!Casey

ParticipantCurtis,
Thanks for reaching out! It looks like this is an issue with the community plugin. I’m creating an issue for our developers to look at fixing this. So stay tuned…Casey
ParticipantThanks for reaching out, and so sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. Take a look at this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/remove-spam-check/
It will allow you to remove the Spam check altogether. Let me know if that’s able to solve your problem. Thanks!

ParticipantUnfortunately without being able to get a dump of the database, we can’t replicate this issue and investigate further. Please let us know if this changes. Thanks!

Sure, just email us at pro (at) tri.be Thanks!Casey
ParticipantAngel,
Sorry, I forgot to mention that you’ll need to change lines 29 & 32 to match the text that you want to be pre-filled in the field. 🙂Casey
ParticipantAngel,
You should be able to pre-fill the title & description fields using the following:1) Make sure you do a template override first (https://theeventscalendar.com/faq/what-are-template-overrides-and-how-do-i-do-them/)
2) Then find your event-form.php file and then replace that file with the following code: https://gist.github.com/3952720I was able to successfully test this in my environment, but let me know if you have any issues. Thanks!
Casey
ParticipantArvid,
Sorry to hear you’re still having issues. It looks like this is an issue with your theme not including jQuery (or another plugin is conflicting) and causing JavaScript errors: http://d.pr/i/hcaBUnfortunately, since this solution works in the default theme, this would fall under our policy of not supporting custom themes (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/read-this-an-important-note-on-plugintheme-deactivation/). Sorry I’m not able to help you more than that.
Casey
ParticipantGreat! Glad you were able to sort this out. Just let me know if you need any more help with this.
Casey
ParticipantMartin,
Sorry to hear you’re having issues. Could you clarify a bit more for me what you’re trying to do? Are you talking about changing the date format on the input fields on the ‘Submit an Event’ page? -
