ParticipantGreat! Thanks for confirming that this got you sorted. Unless you disagree, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.
We really appreciate your support and please let us know if you need anything else in the future. If you find yourself with a few minutes and would be so kind as to give us a “Works” rating or a positive star voting on the WordPress.org repo (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/the-events-calendar/), or even a shoutout to your followers on Facebook or Twitter, it would mean a lot to us. Thanks again for using the plugin.

ParticipantTry adding this code to your theme’s stylesheet: http://pastebin.com/cdNwGPRT
Let me know if that does the trick!

ParticipantObi,
Try using this code as your single.php in your template override and see if your sidebar still has issues: http://pastebin.com/58qvn0z4Casey
ParticipantOokere,
Was the sidebar displaying correctly before? The reason I’m asking, is because I’m seeing a lot of HTML validation errors with your theme: Validation ResultsTry removing the template override temporarily, just so we can make sure that’s not the issue.
Thanks!

ParticipantDeb,
Thanks for reaching out! Look for a file called single.php in ‘wp-content/plugins/’ and find the following code on line 101:Just perform a template override on single.php and copy that code up above the event details to move the ticket form to the top. Just let me know if you need further help with this.
Thanks!

ParticipantPatrick,
Thanks for reaching out with your questions. Unfortunately, when we initially launched the EventBrite add-on, we were limited by their API with how we could interact with tickets. It looks like they now might have some additional API access that will allow for the following:– Ability to create multiple ticket types
– Ability to duplicate eventsIt looks like custom fields and recurring events aren’t supported in their API, so those items still aren’t technically possible to accommodate.
So, the short answer is that this functionality isn’t currently possible in the add-on, but I’ll definitely pass this information along to our developers to consider implementing as new features in a future release of the plugin.
Let me know if you have further questions. Thanks!

ParticipantLeadlinker,
So sorry to hear you’re having issues. Could you send me a link to the event that you’re trying to import? Then I can investigate further. Thanks!April 11, 2013 at 7:36 am in reply to: Hotmail code displaying on eventbrite site, featured image & infobar #45546Casey
ParticipantThanks for reaching out! Unfortunately any content that you have in the description of your event will also be published on EventBrite.
However, you can override this by manually editing the event description from within EventBrite. Keep in mind that any changes you make to the event from within EventBrite will be overwritten if you update the event from your website.
Regarding your second question, you can do this by performing a Template Override and customizing the single Event view.
Let me know if you have further questions. Thanks!
