I recently purchased EventBrite tickets and created some test events. I was able to successfully import them. Today, when returning to the site, I am unable to import the events. When I navigate to The Events Calendar settings and select Licenses, there is an error message next to The Events Calendar :: EventBrite Tickets license key field (which has my recently purchased license key) I get the following message: “Sorry, this key is out of installs.” Please advise.
I disconnected the site from the license, and its now showing as a valid key. I don’t understand, however, why it worked previously and I have to disconnect it for it to work. I want to make sure I understand this properly so I don’t run into problems later. Thanks.
