    robpoole,
Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately we can’t help with specific template customizations like this, but take a look at our themer’s guide to help you understand more about template overrides and what files you’ll need to edit.

Regarding the featured image caption, doing a quick search yielded this result from the WordPress support forum: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/featured-image-display-image-caption?replies=4

Hopefully that helps get you pointed in the right direction, but let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂

    Polly,
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Sometimes other plugins can cause conflicts with the Events Calendar. Can you try deactivating all other plugins to see if that resolves the issue? If so, then try reactivating them one-by-one to determine if another plugin is the culprit. Give that a try and let me know what you discover.

    Thanks! 🙂

    pickleshy,
Thanks for getting in touch! Essentially, you can put styles in other file, but sometimes it’s helpful to organize your styles into separate files. The main reason for splitting your styles into different files like this, is because upgrading your theme will overwrite any modifications you’ve made to your style.css file.

I hope that helps to answer your questions, but let me know if I can help further. Thanks! 🙂

You should definitely still be able to see past events on the Events listing page, so it seems that something else is going on. Were you able to try my suggestion of deactivating other plugins to see if something is conflicting?

    Lacey,
Thanks for reaching out, and know that we’re always glad to help when we can! 😀 When users register on your site, it uses the WordPress General settings to determine what role users get (screenshot). So, if you just change that to the new role that you created, then all new users will be assigned the role that you’ve created.

Give that a try and let me know if it does the trick. Thanks! 🙂

    tamsinmalone,
Thanks for getting in touch! Hopefully I can help you out here, but can you help me understand a bit more? Are you referring to events not displaying in the back-end dashboard, or events not displaying for visitors on the site (or both)?

As a first step for troubleshooting, can you try deactivating all other plugins to see if that resolves the issue? If so, then try reactivating them one-by-one to determine if another plugin is the culprit. Give that a try and let me know what you discover.

    Thanks! 🙂

Thanks for following up. Can you try temporarily activating the default 2013 theme to see if the issue still persists? If that resolves the issue, then we can at least narrow it down to something conflicting in your theme.

If not, could you try deactivating all other plugins to see if that resolves the issue? If so, then try reactivating them one-by-one to determine if another plugin is the culprit. Give that a try and let me know what you discover. Thanks! 🙂

    ermirp,
Thanks for getting in touch! Hopefully I can help to answer your questions here. Unfortunately, our plugin doesn’t currently have the ability to add lat/long coordinates to an event. I see that several users have requested this feature on our UserVoice page, so I’d encourage you to also make your voice heard there. Our team periodically reviews the most popular ideas for possible inclusion in a future release of the plugin.

I hope that helps to answer your question, but please let me know if I can help further. Thanks! 🙂

    aslanroars,
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Can you ensure that the Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are both installed and activated? After confirming this, if you’re still having issues, could you try deactivating all other plugins to see if that resolves the issue? If so, then try reactivating them one-by-one to determine if another plugin is the culprit. Give that a try and let me know what you discover.

    Thanks! 🙂

    pittsy2004,
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Our policy is that users should always be running the latest version of any required plugin in order for our add-ons to work properly. With that being said, I did realize that we weren’t communicating that clearly on the WooTickets product page, so we’ve updated the page to reflect the required version of WooCommerce to prevent any confusion in the future.

Unfortunately, we are also unable to provide support for older versions of WooTickets, since some of the issues you’re describing have most likely been fixed in the latest version.

I would encourage you to reach out to the developer of your theme to see if they can update the theme compatibility to work with WooCommerce 2.1. If that’s not a possibility, and you still can’t get things to work properly, just let us know and we’ll see how we can help.

    Thanks! 🙂

    angelakienholz,
Glad you were able to identify the cause. I would suggest reaching out to the developer of your theme to see if they can offer you some help with this. Due to our limited support staff, and the sheer number of third-party WordPress themes that exist, we can’t provide support for these types of issues. We’d be happy to answer any questions the theme developer might have about our plugin, to insure that their theme is compatible.

Hopefully this gets you pointed in the right direction, but please let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂
