ParticipantIn Settings, I have checked all of the different Views to show on the calendar but the only ones that show are Month and List. I would like them all to show up as options.

Participantourcommunityplace,
Thanks for reaching out! Hopefully I can help you out here. Can you confirm that the Events Calendar PRO plugin is installed and activated on your site? These are premium views, which require ECP to be installed and activated in order to work. Double check that and let me know if that fixes the issue for you. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

ParticipantYes. ECP is installed and activated. I have deactivated all plugins (except those that directly correlate to EC) and the problem persists.

Participantourcommunityplace,
Can you try deactivating all other plugins to see if that resolves the issue? If so, then try reactivating them one-by-one to determine if another plugin is the culprit. Give that a try and let me know what you discover. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

ParticipantI deactivated everything and, still, the problem persists.

ParticipantHave you tried reverting to the default 2013 theme? I just want to try to narrow down the issue and see if it relates to your third party WordPress theme. Give that a try and we can investigate further. Thanks!

ParticipantI tried using the default theme but it did not work.

Participantourcommunityplace,
I know this suggestion seems silly, but could you try re-saving your display settings just to make sure any old values aren’t getting “stuck”? We’ve had one or two users report something like this happening when they upgrade to PRO. Give that a try, and if that also fails, please send me a private reply with login to your site, so I can investigate further. Thanks! 🙂

Participantourcommunityplace,
It appears that you had two installations of WordPress on your site. One in the root directory and one in the /wordpress directory. Your installation in the root directory doesn’t have EC PRO installed, so that’s why you’re only seeing List & Month view.I suspect that this also relates to your other issues as well. Login here: http://ourcommunityplace.org/wp-login.php and reinstall EC PRO and everything should be up and running for you.
Glad I was able to get to the bottom of this one, but feel free to let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantGreat! Thanks for confirming that this got you sorted. Since it looks like you’re all set, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we would love it if you’d write a few words for us here: http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/the-events-calendar?filter=5
Thanks in advance. 🙂
