ParticipantJustine,
Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, it’s not currently possible to have a publicly accessible hidden event. However, you can set an event as ‘Private’ (instead of Protected) which will completely hide the event for users that are not logged in. If logged out users try to access the event, they will just get a 404 error. The other option would be to create a new Event category (ex: Hidden Events) and then use CSS or PHP to hide all events in that Category.
I hope that helps to get you started in the right direction, but let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂

Participantdawnjasper,
While I wish I could say that the plugin seamlessly integrates with every theme out there, the reality is that custom themes have so many settings/options that it would be nearly impossible for us to account for all of those. Since everything seems to be functioning correctly in the 2013 theme, I would encourage you to reach out to the developer of your theme to have them investigate further. We’re happy to help answer any questions the developer might have about our plugin, and they can also reference all of the documentation that we have as well as they try to investigate the theme issue.
Thanks! 🙂

Participantchaplin35,
Unfortunately we don’t give specific release dates, but I think you’d be safe to say 1-2 months. Hope that helps! Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

Participantkravmagaglobal,
Thanks for getting in touch! I’m not familiar with that plugin, and unfortunately we don’t provide support for third-party plugins or for specific theme/layout customizations. With that being said, it sound like you’ll want to perform a template override in order to make these changes. If you’re feeling up to customizing the code, then take a look at our themer’s guide which should get you started in the right direction for coding these customizations.Take a look there and let me know if that helps get you started. Thanks! 🙂

Participanthcoulson,
Thanks for getting in touch, and hopefully I can help you out here. 😀 Go ahead and paste the following snippet into your theme’s functions.php file: https://gist.github.com/ckpicker/9641828 This should hide ‘Unnamed Venues’ from your single event pages.Give that a shot and let me know if it does the trick. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantDan,
One thing I’m noticing is that your site is still using the default permalinks. Try changing your WordPress permalink settings to anything but the default and see if that helps. Could you also give me a link to your Calendar page? I wasn’t able to find it on your site. Thanks!Casey
Participantchaplin35,
Thanks for getting in touch! This functionality is planned for the next update of the plugin, but we can’t always guarantee that a feature will make it into the next release (sometimes things don’t pass testing/QA).I hope that helps to answer your questions, but please let me know if I can help further. Thanks! 🙂

Participantjocwebsites,
Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Can you try temporarily reverting to the default 2013 theme to see if this issue persists? I suspect that this is an issue with your theme, but just want to narrow it down a bit before troubleshooting further. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

Participantggeiger,
Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Can you temporarily enable Month View on your site, so that I can see the issues you’re referring to and investigate further? Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

ParticipantGreat! Thanks for confirming that this got you sorted. Since it looks like you’re all set, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we would love it if you’d write a few words for us here: http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/the-events-calendar?filter=5
Thanks in advance. 🙂

ParticipantJason,
Can you try clicking the ‘Clear’ button below the Filters dropdown, then navigate away from the Events screen and come back? Sometimes this can reset any “Stuck” filters. Give that a try and let me know if it does the trick. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

Participantcomhlamh,
Go ahead and visit your license keys page (https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys/) and try clicking ‘Disconnect Now’ next to all of your license keys. Then, go back to your site (Events->Settings->Licenses) and click ‘Save’ again to reset your keys.
Give that a try and let me know if it does the trick for you. Thanks!
