ParticipantHello,
I have read this thread
https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/how-i-can-add-the-categories-thumbnails-to-my-event-list/But I am struggling to get the category pictures to show in list view, or in any view for that matter.
No I’m not that good with PHP, so any help would be appreciated.

Participantkravmagaglobal,
Thanks for getting in touch! I’m not familiar with that plugin, and unfortunately we don’t provide support for third-party plugins or for specific theme/layout customizations. With that being said, it sound like you’ll want to perform a template override in order to make these changes. If you’re feeling up to customizing the code, then take a look at our themer’s guide which should get you started in the right direction for coding these customizations.Take a look there and let me know if that helps get you started. Thanks! ๐

ParticipantI still need help regarding what I am trying to achieve. Does anyone here have any suggestions on how to get category images to show in the Event list view?

ParticipantIn order to customize the Event List view, you’ll need to perform a template override. Here’s how to do this:
- Just create the following new directory structure in your theme directory: โ/tribe-events/โ
- After doing that, go to โwp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/views/โ and copy over list.php to the new directory you created in Step 1.
Then you’ll need to put your custom code to display Category images in list.php.
I hope that helps to get you pointed in the right direction. Good luck! Thanks! ๐
