Participantsilverrage,
Can you try deactivating all other plugins to see if that resolves the issue? If so, then try reactivating them one-by-one to determine if another plugin is the culprit. Give that a try and let me know what you discover. If that doesn’t fix the issue, could you try temporarily reverting to the default 2013 theme to see if this issue persists? I just want to try to narrow down the issue a bit further.
Thanks! 🙂

Participantdesignmyweb,
You can create private events by setting the Visibility to ‘Private’ in your Publish settings (screenshot). Give that a shot and let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

ParticipantAndy,
Take a look at this response to @Lars that shows how to create variables and pass them to the Javascript template: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/add-orgaziner-to-calendar-detail-overlay-part-ii/#post-126875That might help point you in the right direction for this update. Just let me know if you have more questions, and I’ll help however I can! 😀
Thanks for being awesome!

ParticipantAs I stated above, this code will not work with 3.5 and will require modification in order to do what you need. It’s only provided as a starting point for you to modify.

ParticipantSorry, I had a typo in there. It’s updated now: https://gist.github.com/ckpicker/9963018

Participantmamalm,
The third video on the template overview directly covers the Meta Walker and code files involved. Unfortunately, we can’t provide support for customizations beyond answering questions about what is in our documentation and other tutorials. If you have specific questions about anything contained in there, I’d definitely be happy to answer those. Thanks! 🙂

Participantgohwebmaster,
Do you have a backup prior to updating to 3.5 that you could revert to in order to just try upgrading directly to 3.5.1? Your webhost might be able to help with this as well, if you tell them what date you’d like to revert to. At this point, I think that’s your best option unfortunately.Another option would be to use a third party plugin like Bulk Delete to delete all of your duplicated events and re-create them.
Good luck and let me know if I can help further. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantLars,
Unfortunately I don’t think this is going to help you, since it’s not compatible or tested with version 3.5. If you wanted to try adding this and modifying the code to work, then look at this snippet I created that will allow you to easily add to your theme’s functions.php file: https://gist.github.com/ckpicker/9963018Keep in mind, without being modified to work correctly this code will break your week view. This is only supplied as an example of how you would go about modifying the starting time of week view.
Beyond providing that code for you to modify, any other help with this customization would be outside of the scope of our support.
Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantDenise,
Ok, thanks for letting us know. Always be sure to back up your database and files before doing any updates too! I’ll go ahead and close this thread out, but feel free to start a new thread if needed. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

ParticipantGreat! Thanks for confirming that this got you sorted. Since it looks like you’re all set, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we would love it if you’d write a few words for us here: http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/the-events-calendar?filter=5
Thanks in advance. 🙂

Participantellaj,
Thanks for reaching out! Have you entered in your license keys (Events->Settings->Licenses)? Once you enter your license keys, you should be able to go to Dashboard->Updates and click ‘Check again’ to check again for available updates.Give that a shot and let me know if you’re still having troubles. Thanks! 🙂

ParticipantThis snippet used to work in 3.4, but it looks to be broken with some of the responsive changes we made in 3.5. However, you should be able to use that as a starting place. Good luck!
Thanks! 🙂

Participantsilverrage,
Thanks for reaching out. Do you have a URL that you could share with me so I can investigate further? Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

ParticipantIt appears that you have some kind of caching turned on that’s interfering with the JavaScript in the plugin. Can you try temporarily deactivating all other plugins to see if that resolves the issue? If so, then try reactivating them one-by-one to determine if another plugin is the culprit. Give that a try and let me know what you discover.
Thanks! 🙂
