    Rob,
Thanks for getting in touch. With your personal license for Events Calendar PRO, you’re entitled to receive updates for one website. To manage which website can receive updates, just login to your Tri.be account and go to your License Keys page. From there, you can deactivate updates for any URLs that you’re not actively using the plugin on.

Give that a try and let me know if you’re still having troubles here. Thanks! 🙂

    dunoonswimclub,
Thanks for getting in touch! I’m seeing that you’re running version 3.4 of the plugins, so go ahead and update both The Events Calendar and EC PRO to the latest versions (3.5.1) and then let me know if you’re still having issues here.

NOTE: As with making any updates, please make sure to backup your data and files prior to updating.

    Thanks! 🙂

    tgedistribution,
Thanks for getting in touch! You should be able to modify these items by pasting the following code snippet into your theme’s functions.php file: https://gist.github.com/ckpicker/9975332

Don’t forget to modify the titles to match what you’re wanting. Give that a shot and let me know if it does the trick. Thanks! 🙂

    Jeff,
This feature isn’t planned for any immediate releases that I’m aware of. If this is something you’d like to see in a future release, I would suggest submitting it as an idea on our UserVoice page. Our team periodically reviews the most popular ideas for possible inclusion in a future release of the plugin.

    Thanks! 🙂

    Lars,
When I view your calendar, I’m seeing that everything is working how week view is intended to work (screenshot).

Since you’re wanting it to work differently, I would definitely categorize that as a customization. I did briefly look at trying to hide the 1am-8am hours using some CSS, but this causes issues with the Javascript that’s displaying the events.

Again, I really wish I could do more here, but my hands are tied as this is not a simple fix. Sorry!

    Bob,
What are your WP Memory limit settings set to? Since I’m not seeing these issues on my end, but we’re still seeing them in your environment with the default themes, I suspect that this is something related to your server configuration.

Can you try increasing the memory limit in PHP/WordPress to see if that helps resolve the issue?

    Daniella,
After logging in, I can definitely see something strange is going on. When I go to the main Dashboard page, I’m seeing that Gravity Forms is saying there’s an update (screenshot), but when I visit Dashboard->Updates I’m not seeing any updates. I suspect that your caching plugin, or something else is causing some issues here.

Can you try deactivating all other plugins to see if that resolves the issue? If so, then try reactivating them one-by-one to determine if another plugin is the culprit. Give that a try and let me know what you discover. Thanks! 🙂

    Lars,
Unfortunately we don’t always update our snippets to be compatible with the latest versions. It sounds like you have a very specific reason behind wanting this, so I would suggest that you submit your idea on UserVoice for possible inclusion a future version of the plugin.

Unfortunately that’s the only other help/advice I can offer you on this one. Sorry I can’t do more here.

    Daniella,
So are you saying that you’re now able to get updates? If you’re still having problems, just send me a private reply with a login to your site and I’ll investigate further. Thanks! 🙂

    efromdc,
Great! We always recommend that you backup your data and files prior to updating anything, since issues can occasionally happen when updating. The upgrade to version 3.5.1 from 3.4 is also a very significant one, since we’ve changed how data related to recurring events is structured.

So, go ahead and perform those backups, and then update the plugins. As always, we’ll be here to help if you encounter any issues. Thanks! 🙂

    gohwebmaster,
Great! Glad to hear you were able to sort this out. Regarding your Calendar title issue, did you fix it? I’m not seeing the behavior you’re describing, as the title changes when I navigate to next/prev months (screenshot).

    Daniella,
Can you verify that you have the correct websites listed to receive updates (for the specific key you’re using) on your License Keys page?
